Everything was fine except the internet did not work the entirety of my stay which is as important for a work trip as a clean bed and room. I asked the manager to call me after check out to get some sort of points compensation and have yet to hear back 24 hours later.

I did not like the dogs around the breakfast area where people eat at very unprofessional to me everybody don't like dogs around their food

The room was perfect and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Nothing.

The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and brought more towels when requested. The pool area was very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. We were able to get a late check out and left our bags on property after check out and got a shuttle to airport. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

Loved having the pool table with bar and outside area we could all gather and talk in the evenings. Room size and storage space was great. Staff was great. Like having coffee available throughout the day with flavored creamers. The pool area was a bit small for the amount of guests. A few of our party used the area. Guests should not be allowed in the breakfast area in gowns with NO under garments...a bit offensive. Asked for mustard at breakfast...no mustard anywhere on site. I bought my own next door to have...not a huge deal.

This was a very beautiful hotel,very clean,the room was clean,the staff was great,very nice and polite. The breakfast was great,so many choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

By the price, I at least thought the coffee and breakfast would be somewhat good but it wasn’t. It was absolutely horrible hotel food give it a -20.

The hotel is a combination of tru and home2. The parking lot was full and it seemed crowded. The staff was helpful at 11 pm. I booked through honors app and asked for a late checkout they confirmed and still had someone knock and open my door and started to come in at 10:55 am. The room was fine other than sticky floor and some crumbs and some trash scattered outside. Not very comfy bed. I would avoid staying here again.

Everything was great. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

Great location, great breakfast, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. The distance from my room to the elevator, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I had my elder mother traveling with me.

I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.

We did not try the breakfast there but loved walk in shower in the room, which we chose on booking so glad to actually get what we booked there, and the staff is friendly and helpful! The floors were sticky throughout the room and parking lot is configured weirdly, is congested and probably needs some more spaces in the lot.

Amazing

The hotel was nice and clean. We had a double queen suite, plenty of room to move around, nice size refrigerator and a microwave for heating things. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did get coffee from the lobby and it seemed to be a little watered down, but you can make coffee in the coffee maker in your room.

Avoid! Broken elevators at times, unhelpful staff that doesn't follow up, several nights of noise complaints, promises of refunds to no avail, stingy room service, male front desk staff more concerned with flirting with guests than helping guests, hot water issues... the list really goes on. So disappointed.
