Great location and good food. Very busy but quick and efficient staff. Breakfast was very good The room we had was very small and window was on the outside terrace so little privacy and noisy with children playing right outside the window. If you wanted a few quiet moments in the afternoon it wasn’t going to happen.

The food, particularly the all inclusive breakfast was exceptional. We ate both supper and lunch on separate occasions there too, as the choice and standard was hugely better than elsewhere Nothing

Nice room. Easy check in. Good breakfast We had a family room which had plenty of room but would have been better if it had a a chair or two in it.

Food was excellent including breakfast, staff were so welcoming, a shout out to ethan and the team they all done an amazing job during the whole stay, room was so nice, bed was comfy, everything exceeded my expectations, will definitely recommend staying here and will be back there was also a lovely wee doggy welcome pack on arrival for our wee dog overall was an excellent stay x Can't think of anything I didn't like.

This accommodation sits in the middle of Pooley Bridge in a nice environment. Staff is very friendly and food is great. We loved the breakfast and often had lunch/dinner there too. The terrace is nice, with a river running at the back of it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking in front of the accommodation is limited, but there are paid options nearby (for example the big field behind Sun Inn -- enter next to the church). In the evening, parking spaces usually free up, so you can park in the front overnight. I found the breakfast start time of 8am a bit late (especially if you plan to go on an early hike).
