Every second was just so wonderful! After this experience, I will only book "Rock Royalty" rooms from now on! All the Rock Royalty lounge staff (especially Ora, Pimmy, and Rosé) were the best I've ever experienced at any Hard Rock property. You truly and constantly felt warmly welcomed because they were so overly kind and caring. They overly exemplify Thai hospitality and are an incredible asset to the Hard Rock brand. Being able to check-in and -out while seated in such a calm and quiet environment in the Rock Royalty Lounge was a major plus. All Rock Royalty Lounge members knew your name instantly and always greeted you the moment you walked in! How kind! I also always made sure to have breakfast and cocktails/canapé there every day to avoid the crowds downstairs - the service was so incredible that I never even considered trying the downstairs buffet for the masses. The Rock Royalty Lounge breakfast was made-to-order right in front of you, so it was incredibly delectable, and you could peacefully enjoy your food with a view without the noise and commotion of an all-guest buffet. The canapé was an amazing surprise I always looked forward to, as the menu changed each and every day. I just enjoyed the service, exclusivity, conversation, and atmosphere so much in the Rock Royalty Lounge that I never wanted to leave! They constantly took care of you, thought ahead for you, and always did so with genuine warm heartedness. I'll miss those staff members the most! The hotel has also found the most phenomenal housekeeping staff I've ever witnessed in my entire life - I'm not exaggerating! They both mop and vacuum the floor, completely move the bed away from the wall to tuck in the sheets, and have the most thoughtful turndown service - leaving small but impactful messages and treats, especially the "Sweet Dreams" chocolates! I'll miss them too!

The pool area and its staff The fact that they closed the in house bar for renovations and gave no notification, or provided an alternative. Also, ongoing room renovations and again, no notification while booking. We were only told of both of the above while checking in. Which resulted in us checking out early the following morning due to paint fumes in the corridors.

I absolutely loved our stay here exceeded our expectations. The rooms are huge and super well and cooly designed, with amazing views. The breakfast is superb. The pools are amazing. I travelled with a 2 year old and the hotel could not have been better for her, the staff were also super friendly, I would 100% recommend this. My only suggestion is not so loud speakers on the foam party! It was mostly children there and they were too loud!
