Beautiful grounds and pool areas, lovely art and decorative pieces throughout. Appreciated the attentive service, welcome fruit plate and sweet treats, and were delighted with the upgrade to a spacious, nicely furnished junior suite, with two toilets and a useful kitchen sink. Noticed the new gym equipment. It was encouraging to see the hotel's beach-erosion measures and new planting in the front area. We were impressed by the hotel’s sustainability mission, highlighted in the in-room video for recycling, composting and food-waste initiatives. Perhaps this information could also be shared in several languages in a common area. We have stayed here several times and are always pleased to return. Thank you to the team for another memorable stay.

Love the overall look of the hotel. The staff is so nice. Rooms are excellent. Location is great. I could hear the bars very loud at night, but that was ok. It was the room next to me that had a big room party until 5am the first night and was very very loud. But I understand this being in Pattaya and don't blame the hotel.

This is my go to place to stay in pattaya. I enjoy the natural setting and excellent food and service. I was provided a complimentary desert tray that was sensational! Customer service is always excellent here . This is not fault of the hotel, however there are many individuals of a certain ethnic group who are very loud and inconsiderate of other guests. All hours of the night, they were loud and obnoxious. It’s unfortunate this does exist and again no blame to hotel .

Garden pool was closed. I booked pool access room but for repair they closed it.

Excellent location, large green surroundings, very courteous staff and delicious continbreakfast with a wide variety, sea side restaurant gives a fabulous sea view. Large swimming pool with kids slide. Overall, Excellent experience.

The service was terrible. Jusica at reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. They charged us more at checkout with no explanation. We requested a big taxi for three people with luggage, but they sent a small car and made us wait another 20 minutes for a second one, with a higher price than agreed. We also found insects in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing and not recommended

The resort is spacious but very old and dated. The rooms are very old and dated. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room and as it’s right next to walking street, it’s horribly noisy. You can’t sleep at night. Her doors don’t close properly and the staff isn’t helpful.

The location is fantastic The smell of the garden and canal is horrible and the staff is unfriendly too. They have to be accommodative, even when I was willing to pay additional they were on their toes!
