Great location with iconic Cabanas pool bar style Outdated aircon version( the look), but it works very well so no problem to me

This was my 3rd stay here > Been in pool Villa and Garden Villa . Stayed in deluxe room which is slightly further away but has its own swimming pool Think this room has been the best of the 3 for me . Loved having the pool basically on my own . Well located Short walk and you are on the main road Access to baht bus shops massage bars 7 eleven Tops Ate out around Nakula at beachfront restaurants Best value Bamboo Restaurant Madame Hoi and Moom Aroi . You will not be disappointed great value Surf and turf was great as well but somewhat overpriced The staff at lets Hyde are great . The stand out ones this trip was Security guard and Neung and Nuuch . 2 brilliant ladies . Had trouble with wifi on day 1 and they changed it around and all was good and fast Fixed promptly with no fuss . Laundry through hotel is great and cheap Will be back for a 4th time in November

My second visit and this time I went for Pool Villa The place is an oasis Very quiet ( apart from the bats from time to time The staff are all cheerful The front desk staff are brilliant Neung was very helpful The pool bar staff were the same as before Great breakfast and they are all cheerful The pool is great and a short walk down the Soi and you are on the main road with all the shops you want and the Baht buses running up and down to take you all over Beach road and 2nd road

Not much to like. Room smelt like urine, drunk travellers making loud noises at 5am in the morning, unhelpful staff, not baby or kid friendly.

Nice setting but be warned infestation of bats and mosquitoes. Three to four trees of couple hundred bats nesting that are protected. Be warned infestation of bats will lead to zero sleep, squeaking day and night. Also beds are like sleeping on wooden planks. Too many mosquitos. Hotel has mosquito repellent everywhere but not much use when eating etc.

The location. Very tranquil and quiet to relax after a busy day. We loved a very nice and cosy place for massage in the resort. Nothing.

Everything was great. Value for money. It makes you feel like you're inside a jungle with all the bird noises and the trees and plants. Just exceptional. Staff is very helpful and kind. Great pool and excellent service at the bar. Best place to unwind for sure

Absolutely magnificent . Great value for money Had a Garden villa which was excellent and was very quiet Internet was good and strong I stayed 8 nights and could not fault the place All staff were friendly and helpful . At reception Watt ,May and Namtan were excellent The staff at the Poolside bar and restaurant were very good 100 metre walk to Pattaya Nakula Road . Restaurants ,bars 7Elven Tops ,Money exchange ATM Go 200 metres to the right is Dolphin Roundabout , Get Baht Bus for 10 baht all the way down Beach Road . Presss the bell to stop anywhere Will definitely stay here again TV reception on some channels not working that well . But only a minor distraction

What a wonderful hotel. Fantastic staff and always happy to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning soon
