The accessibility. Lack of amenities,.. I’m requesting for a cotton buds but it’s not available..

What I like about the property is that its staff are accomodating I did not like a lot of things such as "Everything has charge" they don't give much attention with maintenance even they charged extra fee (corkage) the aircon cover in our barkada room suddenly falls off, the elevator is too small, I like Tabla though the food is good I hate the hotel rules does not fit to its service such as you'll pay ₱20,000 if the people beside your room complaint regarding any noise and guess what, the wall is wood and not stone?

None Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what should be expected from a hotel. The toilet was dirty and extremely outdated. The lobby lounge and dining area had no air conditioning, making both areas uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. The beds and blankets did not appear clean, and I even noticed what looked like pet footprints or stains on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Most of the furniture and facilities were old, worn out, and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the TV remote was not functioning.

The Pool and the ambience. Good for Kids as we adults also enjoyed playing with the Jenga Bricks and Huge Bamboo Swing:-) The Toilet it's untidy. For a Group like us yes the room is full of beds that's why we don't have Toilet inside our room but atleast you have a proper sink for toothbrushing and face washing. They also cut off the water that's why there's a Poop unflushed in the Toilet;-( and There's cockroaches on the stairs and lobby.

Location was accessible to many places.The security guards were very helpful. The place allowed us to leave our baggage before and after checkout It was noisy on the last two days of our stay. The water could be hotter. The hotel could have offered a daily clean up of floor and garbage pick up.

Check in time was too long. Check in was open at 3pm, I came around 4, I made reservations for 3 rooms and got 1 room after 30 mins, and after 2 hours of waiting I got the other 2 rooms that I had reserved. The parking lot is small and cannot guarantee the safety of your car. Poor security. The manager is not around on weekends. The hot shower is not working.

Location to family staff helpful No hot water for 3 weeks being there off and on and when asked when it was going to be fixed we got they are working should be up that day told that at least 3 times in the three weeks the other excuse was it was under maintenance. No manager to talk to. We have stayed there many times over the last 15 years or so and this was worst experience. The beds were like sleeping on a rock. And new thing charging for extra blanket charging storing our luggage never had this in past

The front desk is accomodating when we came. But i forgot her name. It so nice Clean environment

Parking not enough, Broken television, flooded toilet, too loud music at night!

Because the sink is installed on top of the flush and very close to the wall, it’s hard to use without risking a head bump while brushing your teeth.

Pool only Old tv. Feels like short time hotels.

Only the pool, and hospitable staff. My aunt just got back from Riyadh and she is NOT satisfied with the place and the money that she spent. 1. The a/c is leaking, and it is flooding inside the room, a staff checked it but the issue still persists 2. For the toilet, it’s either mahina or walang flush at all, another staff also checked it and returnd to that state. We have no option but to use the public restroom that is outside our room. 3. The hair dryer is NOT working 4. For the buffet, before I book the room. I asked the staff IF the breakfast is buffet or alá carte. The person that I talked to told us that the breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in the price, if we are going to stay for the weekend. Not solo meals, BUFFET type. However, on the day of the breakfast the restaurant staff told us that we had to pay additional ₱149 in order to upgrade to breakfast buffet. 5. The additional ₱149 for the breakfast buffet is NOT worth it. There are only a few options for the food.

I like the staff, they were on top of everything. The quality of the food was amazing. Didn’t expected that they served food with a good quality as i experienced compare to the previous hotel around the area i’ve stayed at. If you’re a coffee lover and have a good taste and judgement in coffee like me, the quality of the coffee they’re using passed my standard. Coffee is strong not burnt! We can hear the Noice from the other room next to ours. Bath Amenity wasnt enough especially the “3in1” dispenser on the shower that contains “shampoo, conditioner & bodywash” we all know that 3in1 is not giving.
