Convenience to many shopping and restaurant options Manager will not work with you. I accidentally double booked a day and he didn’t want to work with me or Booking.com to resolve. He was trying to collect the entire booking cancellation fee. This is not the first time I have experienced this from management at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and refrigerator was cold. The front desk lady Lisa was very nice and welcoming at check-in. I went to my room and the entire floor was wet from condensation issues and I almost fell down. I notified Lisa and she changed my room right away. The second room was clean but interesting. I noticed key access locks on the doors above the key card access which is unusual for a hotel. . Duct taped sign on A/C that says: Do Not Touch AC because it stays on, hot water was non existent so taking a shower was challenging and uncomfortable, bugs crawling around and flying and I killed a flying cockroach also. Dead bugs on ceiling, and in bathroom, water leak stains and peeling on bathroom ceiling and above sink counter and visible dirt in the bathroom vent.

Shady place and owner. Felt unsafe, especially since the owner wanted to negotiate extra charges for things they don't allow (like pets), because he said money is tight. I wonder what else he is willing to negotiate. Does it include criminal activity?
