The WiFi and cable didn’t work. It was quiet and comfortable though.
-
Need to clean outside grounds where people don't pick up after their dogs.
-
Relaxing, service oriented and great price
-
Our stay was excellent but didnot have the wifi connectivity. We requested staff to provide access but they said we can't help with that

Super clean, very new hotel. Extremely comfortable beds, lots of pillows, which is the greatest. The breakfast was fresh, yummy with a lot of options....sausage, eggs, yogurt etc. Front desk staff (Rachel) was so sweet. No outdoor pool, no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

all if the above

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast included, close to PACE conference center

Very nice, clean property. Front desk is friendly and helpful. The breakfast they have in the mornings is very good! Great value!

The breakfast buffet was a hit with my grandsons. They loved getting to make their own waffles and they liked the yogurt choices, muffins and drinks. They swam in the pool twice!! That was great too. Staff gave us towels on request. I just wish the room had been a little bigger instead of the bathroom being so big. Lol. Overall I was impressed. Thank you.

“Hot” were cold with over an hour left till breakfast ended. The rooms were really dark and had horrible lighting. The best part of the stay was the mini fridge was actually super cold
-
It was a very clean and overall great stay I would just suggest the breakfast improve a bit at least a toaster for the bread or bagels but we were very satisfied with our stay!

Super clean, nice hotel and wonderful staff would definitely stay here again!

My only issue with our stay was there was now internet available in our room. The front desk gave me the number to their support center. The agent I spoke with tried a few things with no resolution. he then told me he will work on it on his end and then call me back, never heard back from him. No one, the front desk or the help desk was any help in this matter. So, we either did without or went down to the lobby for service. We were there for 8 days, which made it difficult to take care of any business during the week.

Convince location

I've stayed here several times over the last year and it was good enough, but after my last experience with their overnight check-in staff person, I will look elsewhere or sleep in my car rather than deal with that person ever again.

Very clean and staff is great

The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are also big, clean, and reasonably priced.
-
Excellent place to stay. Beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast clean. Only thing was the towels are like sand paper . Need to do something about that.
-
The hotel was not good, very dirty, broken tile flooring, odors in the room and low maintenance on the property. Staff was nasty when checking in.

Everything was great - staff was very helpful, breakfast was good! Our only concern was that the accessible room was on the 3rd floor - in case of fire, take the stairs. Fortunately there was no fire, but if there had been, Dad - a quadriplegic - wouldn't have been able to get out. A first-floor accessible room would feel safer!
