Lovely place! Everything is very clean, tidy, and cozy. Many thanks to the entire staff for their attentive and friendly service. We had a great experience!

Excellent location which is easily accessible to the metro and bus Many restaurants and shops around the area Staff’s super friendly Room cleaned everyday And strong aircon!! Small lift which only fits 2-3 people - but still very cute and traditional!

Large room for Paris. Quiet, soundproof walls. Good AC. Interesting breakfast (french specific). Nice staff. Very good location, safe and many transportation means available around. The floor creaked a little, but ok for a historical building, and not a big issue.

I made a mistake booking the rooms - I needed a room with two separate beds and instead I booked 1 with a double bed. The staff was very accommdating and after 2 night provided us with a room with 2 beds. I slept elsewhere for 2 nights. But that was my mistake and the hotel was very kind to make the arrangements. The hotel was also very well situated next to Gare St Lazare etc. And it was always good to be in the room, with comfortable beds. It was also very spacious which was a change from many other hotels while traveling. Everything was good.
