Rooms are a bit small (small space to fully open a medium trolley), but it's worth it for the price that I paid.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring Rouen. Overall, everything was well organized and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was a bit smaller than expected, especially if you are staying with luggage. The breakfast was good, but we felt it could offer a little more variety.

Central location close to several metro stations and within walking distance to the Eiffeltower. Small but comfortable. The pillows could be more comfortable and the floor cleaner.

Our second time staying at the hotel and we will be back. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room clean, comfortable and quiet (we had room 107) and the location excellent. Great restaurants nearby and four metro stations close to the hotel as well.

This hotel is very cute! The rooms are a bit small but I think it is great for the price! Location was good, near to the metro.

There was bed bugs. No help to resolve the matter which was frustrating. They also have not contacted me for reimbursement. I will be filing a dispute through my credit card to resolve the matter. Stay at your own risk
