Hotel was great. Felt very chic, with great location and access to most things. Felt close to everything, without feeling crowded. Overall staff was good, Nicolas in particular (host at the front desk) was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The same could not be said for the night shift. The lady at the front had zero personality, and was not friendly or welcoming at all.

We were 2 adults and 1 child in the room. They forgot to put towels for the 3rd person daily.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good location Not much storage space for clothes and very small bathroom with little counter space but we were able to make it work.

Location, view from windows. Comforter. Hot towels on arrival. Kept my luggage No direct phone to front desk. A bit spends and pricey for the size- but I’d return

Clean Decor was silly. Layout inconvenient

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very nice at the front desk! Outside smelled so good, the flowers in the courtyard were so fragrant right next to our door - ah, Paris! You can tell it has all been recently refurbished. The shower was great and water pressure was more than adequate. We only had breakfast on our last day and it was delicious. Our server was fantastic and so nice! Our room was one of the ground floor courtyard rooms, which we were upgraded to. I did not book this particular room. It is a duplex. The bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor and a sitting area is upstairs. You have to climb up the steep, spiral stairs to get upstairs (we went upstairs once, and never did again during the 5 nights we were there.) Not ideal for someone over 60! A few suggestions: The bathroom was large and roomy, but the shower had a tendency to get all over the bathroom floor, since there was no door or curtain. It really needs a curtain! There is no shelf anywhere in the shower, in case you bring your own products or razor, etc. it has to go on the floor. It needs a little shelf! There are no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom anywhere, which was unusual, and very much needed! Not even on the back of the door. Install an on/off switch for the towel heater in the bathroom. It was very hot when we first checked in, we had to ask the front desk to turn it off (which they graciously did right away!) The big closet is in the bathroom, but it only has hangers and a rack on the top section for shirts and short dresses. If you have a long dress or slacks to hang up without getting rumpled (as in linen) there is not a full length closet area for it, or any kind of drawers for socks, etc. Adding some drawers in the lower section of the closet would have been greatly appreciated!

I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can't rate that. The location was excellent. It was around the corner from the Luxembourg Gardens and about a mile to the Louvre and the D'Orsay Museum. Everything else was a short cab ride or a nice walk away. Loved the staff. They were so friendly and nice. Very comfortable bed. The shower did not have a curtain or glass door, so the water sprayed out on the bathroom floor, and I had to wipe it with towels every time I went in the shower.

Things I liked include: Great location close to the metro. 24 hour staff at the friend desk. Decent breakfast. Very upscale boutique feel. It’s right next to a school so you hear kids screaming starting on the morning all day long. It’s quiet at night. The rooms are very small and the bathroom, while nice, is very small. I kept hitting my elbows.

Breakfast, staff very lovely Room tiny, elevator noise, some hair in towels

Super comfortable bed and room

The location was excellent and the staff was top notch. They were very friendly and helped with our every need. No fridge in the room

Professional staff, cozy and comfortable room Room size

A tea/coffee station at breakfast would be a great addition. Asking for refills seemed to slow everything down on the busy mornings. If guests could self-serve that aspect, it would be helpful.

Very clean! The staff was so kind. The location was great! Centrally located to so many things! They cleaned our room perfectly every day. I never had to ask for anything because it was always there. The staff was just very pleasant. wish it was a few blocks closer to everything & there was a lot of construction noise in the mornings and afternoon when we would take a nap and I don’t know if there’s a school or a daycare located close by, but there was a sound of lots of children playing which was fine but it was very loud. Again, this was just in the late mornings or afternoons. The room was nice except the beds just weren’t very comfortable. They were very hard.

There is a school in the neighborhood. We were there in March so school was in session. At recess time, it can be a bit noisy if the windows are opened, but we didn't find it to be a problem as we were out sightseeing during the day and usually not in our room at this time. There was one morning when we didn't leave the hotel until noon. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, small boutique hotel in St. Germaine Des Pres. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and Patisserie in the corner. Wonderful staff. Outstanding cooked breakfast with delicious croissants and baguettes and many other options.
-
the location was great, near gardens. good restuarants nearby considering the price I paid and booked up front that it did not include breakfast. also there was a weird smell in the lobby for most of the stay

Location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was over-priced. Room was too small (I didn’t check the actual sq ft because it looked bigger in the photos; oops).

Wonderful neighborhood; easy walk to amazing restaurants and metro; all of the staff were so helpful and friendly; great patio area to relax after a full day We liked everything
