Excellent rooms. Nice staff

A good breakfast with gluten free and dairy free options Nice and gentle hotel staff I recommend to everyone! I will come back next time I'm in Paris.

I booked this hotel purely to have air-conditioning during the heatwave. The A/C was very effective, occasionally too cold but seemed slightly less effective in the middle of the night. The lounge/breakfast area was at a very comfortable temperature. I was able to work there during the day. The rooms also have much better than average sound-proofing. While it's in a very untouristed (and frankly, not beautiful) area, the hotel is immediately adjacent to a metro station on line 14, which is very useful. I wasn't totally convinced that the room thermostat had much effect. A couple of minor lapses in cleanliness: the carpet had a dirty spot and it looked like someone had smeared something on the back of the curtain.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, knowledgable and very friendly. The lack of toiletries. They only have little square pieces of hand soaps and a body/shampoo liquid combo in the shower. They don’t provide body lotion, conditioner, shower cap or Q-tips. So, be prepared and bring your own.

Friendly staff, very flexible and kind.

I was upgraded to a bigger room, which was a giant plus - excellent air conditioning during a heat wave, very comfortable, lovely staff for checkin/out. It's right next to the Olympiades metro stop, which is a line with a/c that goes quickly to center and Gare de Lyon.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from the metro station in a nice, peaceful area. My room was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean - the photos on booking really do the hotel justice, but I attached mine too. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. The mattress provided very good support for the spine, which I really appreciated as a heavier person. The biggest asset of the hotel, however, is the staff. They are all very kind, helpful, and speak excellent English, which can make your stay much less stressful if, like me, you do not speak French at all or if it is your first time in Paris. I mostly interacted with Tania, who checked me in and out and helped me resolve several unexpected issues with payment, transport, and more. Even a staff member in the breakfast room was attentive and asked if I was happy with everything, which had actually never happened to me in other hotels. These small interactions made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, where you are treated like a person rather than just a customer. My only complaint is the cakes - they were too good! On a more serious note, the room is actually rather small (at least mine was), but you do know the size when you book, so no surprises there. Plus, as far as I know, most hotels in Paris have rather small rooms. :) I’m sure you will love your room nonetheless.

A lovely little hotel right on the subway station from Orly. Very good for entering and leaving the city fast. Also, user-friendly in terms on walking around and getting to various parts of the city. The rooms are very small, so take that into account.

Room was cleaned and property was to cleaned as well and all the staff was to nice
-
Cleanliness, the bed’s comfort Workers were in front of our window, noise starting at 9am for renovation work, blocked view on one window due to renovation, room was not warm enough although heating turned on, the sink and the toilet were in separate places.

We liked our stay very much. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights. The staff was lovely, very kind and helpful. The room was simple, but modern, nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. With some warm savory classic like eggs and sausages, and sweet treats like mini- croissants or raisin rolls. We enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is very nice, with lots of asian restaurants and good connection to Orly Airport. We literally arrived at the airport in 20 minutes by metro. Part of the hotel was in renovation, I think, so you may hear construction work during the day. Not very loud, but can be heard. We felt the room needed a closed closet for the luggage, but that is just our preference.

The hotel Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and modern, the breakfast was good. The location is perfect for those who need to catch a flight in Orly early in the morning without being too far away from Paris city center.

Good location , comfortable hotel with friendly staff
-
Limited storage for luggage or clothes.

The Room was spotlessly clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to fill our water bottles before leaving to explore the city each morning

Couldn't get tv casting to work. No English speaking channels

This place is a steal! It’s super close to the Metro, and they’ve cleverly used the space in a small room. Everything’s clean and well maintained.
