The friendly staff. Broken lifts happened 2 times during my stay.

The entrance is slighltly narrow to us who carrying the big luggage. However, the staff is so kind on assisting us, carrying the luggages from the entance to our room. I really appreciated on this service. My room was just right above a bar, I guessed so. The music is too loud even though the windows are closed. Not too much affecting me too.I am still have a nice sleep then.

Selection was great. It had Halal meat which was a great surprise for us. The rest were delicious. I was staying in the corner room which I believe was above the kitchen or restaurant. Day time until about 10pm my room constantly smelled of food. Perhaps installing better exhaust fans to stop the smell coming from the top.

In a decent location but much better areas to stay Over priced old outdated hotel with the smallest rooms and bathroom you have ever seen for the price of a luxury hotel. But being that I was charged twice for my stay then after finding I was refunded and the refund was short 200 euros. Contacted hotel and booking.com and got zero valid responses. Be very careful of French scams and stay away from this hotel and booking.com
