The staff were fantastic- they gave me some excellent restaurant recommendations and helped me get reservations. The facilities are beautiful for a smaller boutique hotel. There is a small gym, sauna/jacuzzi area downstairs (with a shower if you need to use it before/after you check-in to your room). There is also a beautiful Guerlain spa which I unfortunately didn't have the time to visit. The hotel breakfast was great-they had a good selection of fruit/breads/pasteries/eggs, etc. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. It had both a shower and a tub which I loved. The rooms were very quiet. I loved everything about this hotel and I hope to return. My only concern was my room was a little small (which was fine because I was alone); but I plan to opt for a larger room when I return with my partner.

Communication with staff was challenging and not quite up to what we would normally encounter in a 5* hotel but in all fairness coming from the UAE might be very biased in expecting excellent service.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed and bedding are so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Usually when I am away I look forward to coming home to my on bed. This time, I I wish I had their bed linens at home! The concierge was very helpful arranging taxis, etc. breakfast is lovely as is the lounging area for guests.

The Hotel was centrally located. It was very beautiful and quiet. The bed was quite small

Everything! The staff, food, rooms, ambiance- everything was fantastic. It was a true Parisian experience. There was absolutely nothing else that we would have needed for this hotel. It was perfect. There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. There was nothing more than this hotel could have done to be absolutely wonderful. I'm so glad that I found this hotel!

Amazing staff, excellent property outside the room. Very quiet. The response to our dislike of the bathroom and lighting of the room was more than appropriate. Bathroom was old and not comfortable. Lighting was problematic

The location and quiet calm - have stayed here before , hotel has been refurbished. I felt the staff weren’t as warm and friendly as other hotels of that calibre- felt a bit aloof - housekeeping staff were warmer
