Peace and Love is a youth hostel overlooking Paris’ Canal Saint-Martin. There is a pub and free Wi-Fi internet access. Peace and Love youth hostel offers both shared and private room options. Most rooms have bunk beds and double rooms are also available. Sheets, bed covers and pillows are provided and towels are available. Peace and Love is open 24 hours a day. It is a seven-floor-hostel, which does not benefit from an elevator. It has a TV room and cooking facilities with an oven, microwave and fridge. There is also a luggage storage room, safes are available, and private parking is possible on site at an additional cost. There is a pub with a terrace where guests can sample a variety of beers and cocktails, with Happy Hour prices. Supermarkets, bakeries and laundromats are within walking distance. Peace and Love is conveniently located 427 feet from the Jaurès Metro and a 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord Train Station. The Parc des Buttes Chaumont is 10 minutes away.

Cleanliness the space is narrow feels like a coffin no separate tables no privacy it ia not clean juat one toildet for whole hostel and they didnt accept my request to cancel it 5 days before coming the can be more flexible it has no bathroom just bad

Steep and narrow staircase, I was assigned at topmost (6th floor) floor, my Anker phone charger got stolen at my room, unsafe naighborhood, the staff are rude, snub and unfriendly.

Sheets were clean, location is good It was very small room for three people . The bathroom was so small, I am just a girl in shape but even I was having hard time to take a bath there/ so imagine someone bigger

It was cheap Triple decker bunk beds, no bathroom in the room, tiny tiny cramped room and beds, dirty, neighbourhood was very very loud and seemed dangerous especially at night

The location is bad overall, but it is close to metro and there are many stores and bars nearby. The area is still bad and unsafe. Very dirty, criminal neighborhood, many homeless and crazy people outside. The R room where I got to stay had 12 beds crammed into it.

The manager was rude, did not apologize, and refused to return the money for the first day, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. They also did not accept responsibility for this inconvenience at all. On top of that, in the wrong room the fire alarm was going off for around 3 hours in the evening, making it impossible to rest. The hostel also smelled of green stuff, which was very unpleasant. The kitchen was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, very disappointing experience. Bad management, no respect for guests, and no accountability. I do not recommend this hostel.

address Need more and clear directions to reach more easy.. Had long time to find the location in the center very dynamic area ,, good experiance ,, friendly enviroment No Elevator had to carry big bag up 4 floors ,, toilet very strange between floors
