Servicing of the rooms was a bit late all the time

Beds extremely comfortable and everything brand new . Amazing location too

The entire team was consistently warm, welcoming, and remarkably efficient. No request was ever too much, they were always ready to assist with kindness, speed, and a genuine desire to make every moment of my stay as comfortable as possible. Their level of service is a wonderful example of hospitality at its finest. The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are beautifully designed, impeccably clean, bright, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere that immediately feels inviting. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the stay both luxurious and exceptionally comfortable. Padam Hotel perfectly combines refined Parisian elegance with heartfelt, personalized service. It is, without question, one of the finest boutique hotel experiences I have had in Paris, and I would recommend it without hesitation. I look forward to returning.

Top notch staff, shout out to James. Very helpful. Property was recently refreshed. Our room was large, modern and with a new high end bathroom. Breakfast was in a little restaurant, it was fantastic with a little separation from the lobby. Lovely balcony in our room. It was perfect, no complaints.

A special thanks to Stephane, who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Room and bathroom Restaurant closed in the evening. Elettric kettle not available in the room. It’s available only the nepresso machine.

So comfortable & quite hotel

The hotel has great sentimental value for me. It is very cozy, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. Nothing significant, everything was pleasant

Location is prime, quiet, close to the metro, restaurants, champs..... Room is very comfortable Bathroom modern

There is no luggage delivery service to the room.

Location and cleanness Nothing

The location only Unbearable noise from the construction work right in front of the hotel. Unless you plan to wake up at 6 a.m., getting any real sleep here is impossible. I’ve never experienced anything like this before—a hotel is supposed to be a place to rest, not a place to lose sleep. The rooms are also extremely small, which only made the stay more uncomfortable. The only positive was an employee named James, who remained polite, explained the situation, and kindly offered one free night. Never again. This experience makes me question how this hotel has received such high ratings.

The property was lovely. Everything felt brand new. I loved that the rooms had everything we needed and i loved that the A/c was cold in a heat wave!

The staff upgraded one of our 2 bedrooms to a junior suite which was very big and spacious. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice. Other room was a little small but nice.
