shampoo n conditioner bottles were empty. n u only realize when u enter into the shower. These are basic things that should be taken care of in any hotel. Forget a 3 star hotel. Very frustrating

The elevator wasn’t working and the room was small

Great location and rooms look quite okay for that price. Doesn't feel like 4 stars at all, but generally the hotel is nice. AC doesn't work in many rooms and they're aware of that, yet they rent out these rooms (with AC listed on booking.com). When we complained after check-in, we were given another room with working AC, but only after we asked multiple times. Staff not extremely friendly but generally okay.

Location We arrived the lady at the reception didn’t even say hello or stood up just took 1 passport and said we can’t check in earlier because check in is at 3pm even tho our room was available. We went to use the bathroom by the reception which was filthy, there was a towel just in the sink to wipe your hands, there was hair in the toilet seat. I would be fine with everything but the hotel was dirty. Out bathroom doors in our room had fingerprints and black smudges so easy to wipe. And once we arrived back to the hotel not only that we got a wrong key but our room was left open by the cleaning staff. We also got 1 single tea bag. It just says it all about luck of care Really unpleasant hotel, I stayed in many in Paris all price ranges and this one was by far the worst. Especially the lady on Sunday at the reception should get a training on handling guests.

Comfortable hotel with a good location . Good breakfast Many Rooms are to small for two people , air conditioning did not work

Really well located, cute room, comfortable bed, AC, and very clean (good size shower and pressure—you never know in Paris) Both sinks—in the shower bathroom and toilet room drained exceptionally slow, and the one elevator wasn’t working with no timeline of when it would be fixed. I’ve lived in Paris several times for short or more extended stays since 2013, so I know how plumbing, but it’s hard to see this as a four-star hotel with that issue, when a 15min walk away I was staying at another 4-star hotel with excellent plumbing.

breakfast was great, we had a classic room which was small but shower was amazing and bed was very comfy... great location near the Republique area, lots of restaurants and transportation. The blonde woman at reception was exceptional.

The hotel is ideally located in a quiet street close to metro station Republique with lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. It is clean and the day-time front desk staff is nice and helpful. The hotel provides only one key for the room, which is not practical when two people plan to come back at different times. Although the room looked clean, the housekeeping was inconsistent: sometimes forgetting to refill the shower gel bottle, forgetting to put a pillow case on the pillow, putting towels only for one person, coming back at 6:00 p.m. and entering the room while the sign Do Not Disturb was up…

So cute and comfortable small Parisian hotel. Staff was so thoughtful and accommodating.

The location was absolutely perfect—it was close to many restaurants and the subway, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. We truly loved staying there and appreciated how convenient everything was. we look forward to coming back in the future!

We had a terrific stay here! The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were terrific! A very convenient location, not far from a metro at all, so made access to the balance of the city easy. The doors were hard to open, and the room key had a huge, heavy keychain, which was a bit of a hassle to carry around during our tours.

Great location, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Quiet

Interior of room, beds, bathroom ok. For a 4* hotel towels are too small. Entry door not electronic, which obliged that the one entrykey had to be left at the reception. Awkward when one partner goes out later than the other as on return of the late arriving partner has to wake up the earlier partner.

The rooms are very small, with almost no space once you have two large suitcases. The bed was acceptable, but the mattress was noticeably sagging in the middle. The internet was not working for several days. Finally, requesting an additional bottle of water felt unnecessarily difficult.
