Very good location. Rooms with balconies make you feel like at home Rooms are extremely small. We could barely use one luggage open. There is renovation work going on. Heavy paint smell, uncomfortable and unprofessional hotel image... the breakfast was not satisfactory

Very nice location (near Les Folies Bergères and the Opera) and nice rooms! The staff were friendly! Renovation work going on (beginning of 2026) which meant that the main floor wasn’t fully completed and visible, but no doubt that the hotel will look even prettier after it’s finished!

The location was unbeatable, there are so many good restaurants and wine bars right on your doorstep. A 15 minute walk from gare du nord, less than 5 minutes walk to multiple metro lines. It was excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and quiet. No notes, maybe for some the room would be small but for us it was okay.

Good location near the metro, shops, good bars! Room was comfortable, beds super soft and clean! Staff were a little stand offish and need to smile more. Excellent value for money! Good facilities Loved how easy it was to find and superb shops etc nearby! The delivery drivers outside were off putting and a little intimidating

An affordable and very well located hotel, set in a quiet street, but 5 minutes walk from the Grands Boulevards. Many restaurants in the neighborhood, the Grevin museum nearby, and the famous Parisian covered passages to explore. Very professional and friendly staff. The rooms are simple, comfortable, a little small but this is often the case in this category of hotels in Paris.

Very friendly staff, lovely hotel room, clean, good location just a short walk to the metro. A lovely gift for Valentine’s Day was left in our room. Could be more hot food options at breakfast.

It's a lovely hotel. It is located in the center of Paris, close to the subway and all the landmarks — many spaces in the lobby, excellent breakfast, and very friendly stuff.

Room was clean, staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was pretty good too with plenty of public transport points nearby. The tiny lift was a little bit questionable (kept scaring my mum how the doors suddenly open, and therefore giving me a few good laughs?) but nothing major.
