Staff were pleasant Room rather small and sofa bed also quite small. Restaurant is closed fri-sun therefore you have to find elsewhere to dine. Hotel takes a deposit upon arrival which is not mentioned when booking. We were a party of six and were allocated rooms on different floors which was a bit inconvenient

The location however is on a big trafficked way Nespresso coffee machine in the room The property is supposed to be 4* But in fact it is more a 2/3* hotel The building is old, bathrooms very old fashioned, carpets are dirty… honestly need to be completely renovated !!!

very close location to Montparnasse station, going to Versailles and/or Rennes (Mont saint Michael). I felt a bit old facilities in room.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The staff tried to help with queries. Overall, the hotel felt generic, lacked some uniqueness you might expect from a Mercure establishment.
