It is in a prime location in the center of Paris, yet it is quiet. The room was beautiful and the hotel is clean and immaculately kept. The staff is charming. Charles and Mandarin and Said were lovely, helpful and attentive to our every need

A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very clean with excellent air con. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The biggest drawback was that the hotel only has one small lift and staff use it during the day, therefore coming back to your room during the day necessitates using the stairs. On our final day the lift stopped working with our luggage in it, causing a delay that meant the we missed our train and spent four very hot and uncomfortable hours in Gare De Nord.

The location is excellent and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was kind and accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s early birthday gift and surprise in Paris and the staff had made it very special for her. I would stay here again. The towels can be renewed and the breakfast is average. Being in France I expected better quality pastries.

* location * staff * Breakfast choice. Noticeably: more than a croissant and a coffee. Still, very small choice compared to any hotel in any other country. * Lift fitting 3 persons is quite annoying. * A bit hard to find (you enter random doors and reach hotel via patio).
