very good hotel, great breakfast close to metro The location was in the middle of a high crime neihgbourhood. I witnessed a fight in a laundrymat to which police were called. All in all, cheap but unsavoury.

Spacious room for three with a mezzanine, very comfortable. The bathroom was good and had a hairdryer. The staff were friendly and allowed a late check-in at 12 AM, which I appreciated.

Very clean place and amazing staff. Rooms are super nice and good for the price. Very close to Metro line 4 Though the metro is close the area is quite sketchy during the night, especially as a female traveler

Not much Bad location, feel unsafe Working class neighbourhood No cafés or bistrots Air conditioner did not vent out makes tje room stuffy Bare essentials like no mini fridge are missing The day after we checked in and paid the rate dropped 35% but we could not get refunded for the next days of our stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. The best staff team! Immediate proximity to Metro. Flexible on payments and rebooking. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but it is safe. Never been bothered by anyone even in cases when I was travelling solo.

literally like 20 steps to the metro, this was sooo good because we could go anywhere from there, the room was like the pictures, the room is small but has enough space to be comfortable, and this was not a problem to us! the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was limited but we also didn't mind it, since we had a limited menu ourselves :)

Breakfast was weak. In that location it is not possible to find a good/clean place to eat. Not veey safe at night time. 30 min via metro to central places.

Very nice, helpful and professional staff. Comfortable rooms and convenient location in close proximity to the metro station. Close to stores, fast food places, cafes, etc. I do not think there is anything I did jot like, honestly.

An elegant and cosy hotel. Very comfortable rooms with garden view provide a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is an asset to this place starting from the welcome greeting to making sure we are comfortable at all times. Their smiles and indisputable professionalism have always made us feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you! I do not think there was anything I did not like during both of our stays there.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, located right next to the busy Metro Line 4, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast could be more varied. The hotel is located in the 18th arrondissement of northern Paris; while the area is lively, the hotel itself is situated on a main boulevard.
