The room met its requirements There was no elevator and my room was on the 5th floor. The location was very near Gare L'est and I didn't like the atmosphere on the streets. The breakfast was poor.

Same breakfast all the 4 days we stayed so it’s boring and hope they changed little bit of it. The room had bed bugs and they infested my family, I did informed to the hotel management and requested to change bed sheets and pillow covers. We need to get treatment for bed bugs infestation and cleaning all our clothes and etc. Bath room shower curtains are ugly and unable to shower. The neighborhood is scary after 7-8 pm at night and we preferred taxi and uber to drop off right at the hotel door.

The location physically was good. Security was ok All the illegals migrants in adjacent streets .

Location was great and we were able to leave our bags there before we checked in and after we checked out It’s just VEEERRRYYYYY basic. Which is fine, we got what we paid for. I asked for another pillow and they couldn’t offer me one. The walls are quite thin so you can hear doors slamming a lot too

Clean, Good Value for Money. Suitable for Solo Travellers. Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est.

Warmhearted staff. Room not cleaned everyday but not dirty though. I will still return there if I ever visit.
