Close to Gare du Nord station The welcome was cold. It was 1 a.m., I was cold and I had my suitcases. Before opening the door, the receptionist asked me through the door if I had a reservation. It was only after I answered yes that she opened the door. Yet I had sent an email to let them know what time I would be arriving and they had acknowledged receipt. For that reason alone, I won't be going back there if I have to spend the night with the children.
