Quick overnight stay in Paris from DLP before flight home; visited the louvre Extra pillow. Slightly bigger room for storing cases but overall excellent value for money

We were okay locally good place to stay We requested for fan as it was nearly 32 degrees sweating but didn’t get for both 2 nights

The hotel is in the good location, near to the shops and public transport, also is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Omar at the reception is fantastic,we had good time and we can't wait to stay there again when we visit Paris. Nothing everything was fantastic.

Absolutely nothing-poor property and staff Did not like anything the staff were rude and arrogant. The property was smelly and dirty.

The stay was alright , if you are travelling with family , please be extra carefull as the bunk beds are extremely dangerous for kids due to metal. I was very disappointed with the behaviour of a member of staff during breakfast. When a guest asked for eggs, the staff member said that they had run out of stock. However, right in front of me, she subsequently gave eggs to other guests. As this was a buffet breakfast, I found this treatment particularly confusing and unfair. The staff member’s attitude and behaviour were disrespectful and did not reflect the level of service I would expect. I would appreciate it if management could look into what happened and address the issue with the staff involved. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as guests should be treated fairly and respectfully during breakfast service.

The property was in extreme poor conditions avoid at all costs. The staff were very rude and aggressive especially the lady at the reception, the room smelt of damp and the bed had beg bugs I took my 1 years old baby and we couldn’t stay in this room for health reasons I requested a refund or a better room and was laughed at. We left 1 hour into our checkout and went to a different hotel resulting in losing money and ruining our trip
