Good location friendly staff and near metro station and restaurants A little dated and worn but we had a balcony brilliantly lit up by the thunderstorm and very dramatic weather overall above average- good

i loved that the location was really good and the metro station was literally next to us :)) The room could have a little bit more of facilities

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable; it was the perfect space if you're looking for a small place you won't be in half the time. The area was perfect for walking around Paris without ordering Ubers. There is no air conditioning in the hotel as advertised. There's no need to lie, plus with the price we paid, it makes sense that it should come included in the room. It was hot on the 5th floor, I can only imagine during a summer heatwave with no air conditioning.

Very standard Parisian hotel! Cute spiral staircase, elevator to the half-floors (lol), and funny bathtub with shower head! This was perfect for our last night before heading to the airport. About 12 min walk from Gare du Nord, plenty of space for 2, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Very quiet room which was nice, and very close to metro stops. The staff was friendly and the stay was as expected! The bathtub was pretty standard for older hotels in Europe, but if they’d give you a shower head holder and a curtain it would have made it a little easier to bathe!

I found the front desk people friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and on this hot day, they had the windows slightly open so it wasn't too hot when we arrived. Also, the windows sealed away the street noise very nice. So we didn't hear all the activity from the championship game that night. This was the cheapest option in the neighborhood, and I think if they have a full renovation they wouldn't leave their prices so low...but the furniture and fixtures were so old and banged up that it was challenging to feel comfortable.

It was Close to Sacre Coeur. Not much else was positive. Receptionist was smoking and seemed like she was used to troubleshooting problems. The room was small, without air conditioning, and there was no shower! Just a spray nozzle - no shower curtain. What kind of hotel does that? The fan in the room did not work well and with the hot weather the room was stifling. I realize that AC is not mentioned in the notes about amenities, but travelers need to know this is barely better than a hostel. No AC, no shower, poor fan, poor lighting. We did not even stay two hours. We ate the cost and went to another hotel. All (ALL) the available options had AC and much better rooms.
