Breakfast was limited. Not worth the money. Little far from some of the main attractions, but lots around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good except the only fruit offered wasn’t ripe. There is a metro stop very close. They show (and have) a small bar but only had white wine and Heineken.

Central location, quiet room, good working AC. No nonsense hotel, would stay again. All was good.

Nothing The location, it’s extremely small

The location was great, a 2-min walk from metro Rue Saint-Maur and 4 min from metro Parmentier. Extremely close to rue Oberkampf which is booming with bars and restaurants (but the rooms are incredibly quiet) The room was mooore than enough for 1 (and it would be enough for a couple that’s not planning on staying in the whole day) and honestly one of the cheapest hotels in Paris for such quality! The highlight for me was the AC! There was a heateave with temperatures close to 40 degrees celcius but the room was a freezer! I couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. All in all a wonderful hotel and in a wonderful location

Clean, comfy, very friendly service desk. Would love to stay there whenever I'm in Paris. Location was great too, with metro access and walking distance to Notre Damme. Region also seemed quite safe for late night walk. Nothing

The reception manager Frau Irmgard from Germany is a shining STAR! The same goes for receptionist Monsieur David. Both are cheerful and extremely accommodating. Breakfast room was so neat and the tables beautifully set. The cold buffet was equally neat and clean. Cleaning of the room was spotless, sharp making of bed every day. Fresh towels every day too. Mattress is wonderfully firm. If only the hotel could be moved to a location with more transportation options than just metroline #3, I would stay there every time! Metro #3 is a commuter line that goes east-west, so you will be doing a lot of walking in metro halls and stair climbing. There are no busses to the city center in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The following is just a minor issue: My only reason for not taking breakfast more than twice is, that there are no cold cuts like e.g. ham. There are cold eggs, though. When you don't eat cheese, you can have Nutella or jams (which were dainty glass jars, several types placed on the tables) TIP: You can buy hams etc. in the Lidl supermarket 300 meters from the hotel and store it in the minibar in your room - and bring it down to breakfast. Bedding: The blanket/duvet is too heavy for the summer. It would be nice if the hotel could reserve the heavy ones for the winter and offer a lighter version for the summer time

Location was good. Room was small but very functional. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Great A/C, great front reception, excellent cleaning, elevator is a plus. A bit far from majority of Paris popular sites

The maid service was very good. Everything is clean. No wi-fi Bed was very uncomfortable. It was way smaller than in the pic and description, but the worst part was the mattress. It was so warn down on the right side that I kept slipping off the bed. I then stuffed one of the pillows beneath it which helped a little. Both pillows were thin and lumpy. We are both fairly slim and had trouble getting into the shower.

Decent value for Paris and if you want to explore the 11 arr. and upper Marais it’s an excellent t location.

Good value for money, helpful staff & great location. Room smelled a bit damp but turning on the ventilation easily resolved it. Found hairs in the shower drain on the first day after checking in. But didn't have any cleaning issues afterwards.

It was clean and had what we needed. It was pretty far from many places.

The location was good, with the hotel easily accessible via several metro lines and surrounded by many restaurants, pubs, and shops. It is about a 10-minute walk from Place de la République, which is very convenient. Having a coffee machine in the room was a great touch and made it easy to start the day. The late check-out time (before 12:00 noon) was also a big plus. The payment information regarding the city tax was a bit confusing. It appeared on the reservation that the city tax had already been paid, but we were asked to pay it again at the hotel, which caused some uncertainty. Additionally, the coffee machine was leaking water while we were out during the day, so we returned to find water on the table and nearby clothes. Coffee capsules were also only replenished upon request. These are minor issues that could be easily fixed.

Very accomodating staff, particularly the housekeepers! This hotel room was much nicer than many 3 star hotels around France, and I’ve stayed in many. The space was also quite good for Paris! The bed was good firmness, but the springs poked through too much for us. We asked for an extra duvet to act as a topper and it was a great fix! So if they just added toppers to the beds it was improve quality a lot

Just a good position in Paris and a very nice neighborhood. Room is tiny, like I was in the bathroom literaly getting off the bed. Ridiculous space and I was alone. Impossible to think of it for 2 people. Staff is not gentle and very distant, no kindness and no felxiblity for anything. And this since months before in email thread where i made some requests for changes. Don't expect any help from staff.

Location was great, nice and quiet neighborhood. Metro station was within 300 m. The room was small, but cozy and clean. We were on the 1st floor on the street side, but we didn't hear any noise.

Great location, fair price and friendly staff. The room had moisture on the windows.
