The staff were all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere very comfortable, the breakfasts delicious. I would enjoy returning someday. It was not the hotel's fault, but power went out in the entire block for hours. The bathroom needed safety bars in the tub. It was almost dangerously slippery trying to get out of the tub.

Location

The location, close to many restaurants, tai food , japan , Vietnam and many others , very quiet at night in the hotel premises.

Could hear neighboring rooms and people above stomping all night. Shower was barely big enough for a single person without needing to contort (5’10” 130 pounds). Power went out overnight throughout the next day while crew was standing outside instead of working

Great location near restaurants, interesting sites, and transportation! Staff was very helpful! There was a wide variety of breakfast offerings.

The location of the hotel is terrific. The breakfast was comparable to other similarly priced hotels. Given I was there during an intense heat wave 40+C/100+F the staff did a very good job keeping guests comfortable. It is really a hotel for tourists as there are no business facilities. When I arrived my room was not ready but there was no accommodation or place for a quiet call. So I had to do the call from the noisy and small lobby. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible many of us combine work and leisure trips

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers and feels quite old. The reception and breakfast areas are very small, although the breakfast itself was decent. The room was not cleaned properly, and the elevator is extremely small—only one person can fit comfortably at a time. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not stay here again.

Good location, wonderful staff, comfortable room and beds Bath tub a little slippery

Staff was AMAZING ? Very courteous and professional. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. It got rather busy between 8 and 9, but we never had a problem finding a table. It was a very small room. Bathroom was similarly small. Luckily, we did not have mobility issues, otherwise navigating the shower over the bath top might’ve been a problem.

Carpet needed to be deep cleaned- smelled musty

Perfect location. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

The location was good. Staff was very nice. Tiny little elevator that was very slow. The room was very small and no amenities.

Location was great!

Staff checked each day at the door to see if we needed towels or water. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety in foods. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Ease in checking in and out. The room was a bit warm but we didn’t bother with the a/c so that was on us.
