Style and decor Felt the staff a little too stressed

What a lovely property. It is very quiet yet there are tons of restaurants right around the corner. The rooms are unique and very comfortable. They are quite large for a city like Paris. The staff was outstanding and always read to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel. The bar is also very nice and relaxing. Nothing that I can think of about the hotel itself. It is far from most tourist attractions but the quiet neighborhood made the taxi rides worth it.

The hotel was charming ! The staff was outstanding, and the location was fantastic ! We were there in December and found the hot water in the bathroom inadequate.

The staff was super friendly and always in a good mood. The restaurant is an amazing food and beautiful. I love the bar too. It's small but it's so cute and classic looking

Very elegant for the most part. Staff had an air of self importance putting themselves a bit above the guests. Stayed 2 nights. Second day no room cleaning or bed making. No extra roll of toilet paper.Had to ask for delivery of towels the second day.

Everything about this hotel is beyond excellent and whimsical in a great way. The room decors, the funny plaques in the restrooms and the spectacular attitude of Anthony, whom you hopefully will be lucky to meet on your arrival, are incredibly memorable. Nothing!

We thought the breakfast was ok, pastries could have been better considering the wonderful bakeries in Paris. We had a wonderful dinner outside with good service and excellent food. Some staff unfriendly, no help when we checked into our room, set the bags down and left.The suite was beautiful but not enough lighting. The main complaint was NO SHOWER! Never have we ever stayed in a hotel without a proper shower! We have traveled in Europe, Asia, and Australia and have never seen this! It was strange that the hostess for dinner told us we had to book a reservation online for dinner when we are staying at the hotel and standing right next to her! She finally agreed to book it.

Room is really beautiful and unique decor. Very unprofessional receptionist. I have prepaid my stay at booking.com but the receptionist insist on charging my card again. They claimed didnt received payment from booking.com even when i showed my credit card has been charged by booking.com. I asked them to call booking.com to ask but the reception is too lazy he refused and ask me to call the booking.com myself. When i call booking.com turns out booking.com already provided them a link to cash in my prepayment but the reception just dont know where to look and double charge my card! Never happen before only this hotel reception is the worst.

Beautiful spot away from the craziness of the tourist areas - a little hidden oasis. Gardens were adorable (as was the chicken). Our suite was very chic - loved the MCM furnishing and the especially the record player. Liked all of it! There is a spiral staircase to our suite (the top floor) so don’t recommend that if you have accessibility issues.
