Hotel Montparnasse Alesia

Only thing I can think of is that the shower was very small, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The lobby smells like cigarettes and the shower is so small I could barely fit and I am a petite woman!

Location Very small room

room size is very small very hard for 2 adults to stay , very old elevator that is pretty small maximum 3 adults with no luggage ,also between rooms corridors were pretty hot and not air inlet anywhere , breakfast wasn't too good no much variety and not the best quality for items , so expensive for all those conditions

It was clean. The woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. A bit shabby. There was a “high tub” not walk in shower which was a bit difficult for me to negotiate. A bit noisy as well.

It was cozy, clean, confortable. The location, perfect. The service was very kind.

The room was relatively clean but the bathroom needs updating. The location is far from everything and a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The room was extremely small and the bathroom even smaller. There was nowhere to plug in anything in the bathroom except for a shaver through the blow dryer unit which was old and unusable. The safe in the room didn't work. The worst part of the experience however was the staff. They were unfriendly and no matter what we asked for, the answer was always No! The towels were super thin and there was nowhere to properly hang them so they never dried properly. They were basically done with after one shower. Every time we asked for more towels the staff argued with us and basically said that we could only have one set. We asked for an extra pillow and they said no! We asked for an extra pillowcase and again the answer was no! Not no, sorry we can't or anything like that, just no! I'm not sure how this place has good reviews but for us it was a horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I loved this hotel! It was so conveniently located, staff were extremely lovely, beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. It’s also very close to metro stations and multiple supermarkets.

Friendly front desk staff, and the room was bigger than I expected

The ventilation in the room wasn't so great, the air was really stuffed, especially in the night. We opened the window to counter it but it also can get a bit loud from the street (when the window is closed it's not noisy).

Room was twice bigger than before (1st time was in October). Same quality, it was little bit cold though, 'cuz you can't manually rise room's temperature (locked on 23C), it can become little bit cold at night, keep this in mind. Same as above, because of locked room temperature, it was slightly colder than it should be at night. Also, soundproofing isn't great at all. My neighbors "talked" for a long time until 4 am and I couldn't sleep all this time.

Nothing special Everything

The location was very convenient for shops, train, buses, and restaurants. The hotel was quint and comfortable The breakfast was delicious, my only issue was with that the breakfast was located in the basement.
