Location in the 15th worked brilliantly for us. It’s also right next to the metro. Nothing really although if I were to nitpick, I’d wish for better sound insulation / sound-proofing in the bedrooms.

The staff were very friendly! The hotel provided a station to fill up water bottles with ice and water which my friend and I appreciated greatly. Our rooms were always nice and cool, and clean as well. The only thing that I could think of was that it was slightly annoying to get to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. It was extremely hot when we visited so walking in the heat was not an option. If you did not want to walk, you would have to take at least one train and a bus, and then still walk at least 10 minutes to the Tower. However, in cooler weather this is absolutely manageable!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean, and the balcony was so cozy with a lovely city view. I would definitely stay here again! A lovely, comfortable stay, I would definitely come back!

It was really close to the metro 8, so it made it easier to move around paris, the location of the hotel is also really good, felt safe during my stay and easy access to everything

The cleanliness of the recently refurbished rooms. The dedication of the staff. We had a problem with the TV and Ali did everything he could to sort it out. We were offered some nice perks in compensation. The hotel location in a calm area is also worth mentioning. Nothing

Very clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Ede and Ninte were fabulous in taking care of things . Would definitely recommend. Nothing. Excellent property.

Staff were great, the room and bathroom was larger and more modern than others we had stayed in whilst in Paris. The bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant close and a Starbucks across the way so that was a win location wise.

Really good location Best views are the rooms which look out into the street. Garden view rooms really just looking onto other buildings. Not a lovely view

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to metro. Excellent restaurants and cafes close by which are also frequented by locals. Breakfasts were great. Paris traffic getting from CDG airport was extremely busy but UBER was great for transport. It was peak season so as expected.
