Breakfast is good, breakfast room is nice. Good shower water pressure for an old Paris hotel, though one has to wait for the warm water to start arriving. Very thin walls between rooms, dirtyish carpets, poor water pressure in toilet flush, no response to gate bell call after 10pm for 10 minutes. It is an average quality hotel - make sure when you book that the room price reflects that.

The bed was comfortable and every other day there was a kitten in the inner courtyard. Daily housekeeping was great! (daily towel exchange) Seemless check-in. Very close to Metro station Daumesnil. The carpet floor of our hotel room was stained and looked dirty. If the other rooms look similarly, this might cause discomfort for people with certain standards regarding cleanliness. The shower curtain didn’t serve its purpose, so the bathroom was flooded after every shower. One minor issue that negatively affected our comfort was the „blind window“ in our room. It was there but couldn’t be opened and was covered with some sort of non-transparent foil. The resulting dimness was great at night but created an uninviting atmosphere during the day.

Everything this hotel is a gem. It's quiet, clean and friendly. The breakfast was perfect. Nothing

Great value for money. It is a nice, quieter location but it is a bit far from all the monuments, but travel is easy in Paris. Room is pretty basic but it’s clean and comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. They lost power one morning for ages so we couldn’t use the aircon or hot water, but we were understanding and they fixed it as soon as they could.

Stay was good and not as such noticeable. Rooms are very compact and ventilation was the concern though air conditioning was in function. Lift is also compact and not available to top floor person as it remains busy. Break fast was repeated, no change in five days.

The location was convenient from Gare Lyon to prepare for departure at Paris Orly the next morning. Also, many restaurants close by. No elevator, but they were remodeling the hotel. The fact that they were remodeling indicates that this might be a good prospect later in 2026.
