As a hospitality professional, I particularly appreciated the excellent service provided by the entire reception team. Everyone was professional, welcoming, friendly and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team also did a great job, keeping our room consistently clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located and offers very good value for money.

This hotel is currently going through an important renovation, which we did not know at the time of booking (as I don't think it was scheduled). The hotel staff communicated the potential impact of the renos to us and when there was an issue in our room related to the water they were in the process of fixing, Murial the lovely woman at the front desk took the issue seriously and then offered without prompting a discount for our night's stay. She was very kind and the service was professional. The hotel had a lovely rooftop deck, which would have been amazing if we'd had more time and if the weather wasn't so hot! The hotel also offered complimentary drinks (coffees/teas/juice/ filtered water) at all times. We arrived early with lots of luggage and we were welcomed and our luggage was securely stored.

Small scale but modern and efficient. Very comfy, nice view out window, nice breakfasts and espresso/ cold drinks available any time, quiet. Nice and cool. A bit far from some areas but near metro.
