Hôtel Joe M

Room was as anticipated. Love the separate twin beds for traveling with friends. Balcony was cute. Location was great for quiet evenings and easy to get around the city. Close enough to the main attractions but not in it. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Shower was a bit tight but usable and got the job done.

Rooms small

The hotel picked good staff and cool options for such a small place (like how they set up the room, lobby, and stuff). The elevator is quite compact, and on the top floor where I resided, the ceiling height in the hallway, bathroom, and various areas of the room was notably low. Even at 1.8 meters tall, I found myself frequently at risk of bumping my head.

Very helpful staff and Location is great, lots of restaurants nearby. Loved the modern cafeteria and helpful staff. I was a day late and checked out a day early, I paid for 2 extra days. My room was given to another customer and we had to wait at the hotel.lobby for hours. Very small elevators too, had to make 2 trips just to take luggages to room because elevator is super tiny.

The location is great, the hotel is clean and bed is comfy. The team working at the hotel is the top, they are really friendly and welcoming, including the team working at the breakfast. NA

I loved the staff! I wish I knew their names better but overall I had a really wonderful experience with them. I am learning french as and most of them were so patient with my french speaking and so kind! The woman at the front was extremely nice, professional, and willing to help. I felt very safe and cared for with the overnight front desk staff too! I also loved the layout of the rooms, and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like I'd be fine to lay on the floor, everything was so well cleaned. It was so wonderful coming back to a made bed and clean bathroom every day, and they were respectful of privacy of my stuff too. Overall I just felt like this hotel staff was so intentional and thoughtful. They gave me good recommendations. It rained a bunch during my stay so they let me borrow an umbrella every day! So great, would definitely stay here again. The one man who seemed like he didn't want me to speak in french. That's fine, but it was just such a stark difference from how kind and helpful the rest of the staff was. Honestly not that bad in comparison to the overall great experiences I had.

the location is in such a cute trendy neighborhood where i felt safe. The staff were always so kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay here again! No complaints.

Loved the quaintness of this hotel. We had a Juliet balcony and it was so nice to open the doors and have the fresh air and the views.

The shower didn’t drain very well.

Compact, comfortable, clean room, kind and efficient staff, good location. I expected some problems as one usually does when traveling and found none. Very niche, I would have loved to have access to an ice machine on site. It's not really a complaint tho, I found the hotel a terrific experience.
