The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and it was cleaned well every day. Bathrooms were impeccable, as were the other areas of the hotel. Although the views weren't great from the windows, the location of the hotel was very convenient between two major metro stations, some good cafes, and a very nice boulangerie. Also felt very safe there walking back later at night. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and accommodating, and were very open to speaking English. The room size was small and awkwardly laid out, but I think that just goes with the size of the hotel. The elevator was very tiny. The other patrons could be easily heard entering and leaving their rooms, but once inside they were much quieter.

Close proximity to metros and walking distance to Marais. Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel is located in a nice and quiet street. Our room looked quite different to the pictures we had seen. The hotel felt more run down than in the pictures. It was very clean but just looked a bit different to us than what we were expecting.

Great location for exploring Paris on foot, and the metro is very close too. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. A very minor inconvenience was the AC. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, only turn it on or off, and it was set to 19.5°C, which was a little cool for us.
