Fabric is a charming property in a great location. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The soaring windows of the former fabric factory give the rooms a great sense of space and light. Breakfast is very well done and plentiful. The gym has all the essential equipment. There’s also a hamamn (steam room) which can be reserved and that’s a great treat after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The neighborhood has some great restaurants and shopping in the Marais is just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris. Nothing comes to mind

Great breakfast and very lively neighborhood. But since the hotel is on a parallel street to the main road, the space is very calm and quiet. Staff went above and beyond to assure a pleasant stay.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high based off all of the reviews I read). The room was cozy, the bath products smelled amazing, the hammam provided a perfect way to relax, and the front desk staff was superb! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I usually drink decaf coffee, but that was not available.

No bar, only a self service area Very small room. Extremely poor breakfast.

The ambiance and concept of the hotel. The friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby and the services provided to the hotel residents. The location. The room (particularly the bathroom) were a bit cold .

Everything Paris is getting so expensive

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location.

This hotel offers lovely accommodations and it is far nicer than similarly or higher priced hotels of its kind in other parts of Paris (like the left bank). It is a wonderful neighborhood filled with boutiques and restaurants that most tourists never see. Most importantly the staff is incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. I give this hotel my highest recommendation! (I stay in Paris several times per year, usually in apartment rentals, but now I am going to stay here more often because of the comfort and convenience)

So comfortable and amazing staff Loved it all

The deluxe room was very nice and sufficiently spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful. The bed was too firm for me, and the problem was promptly solved by the hotel staff, that added an additional topper. The room design is very nice. And it is amazingly absolutely quiet. 1 It is a bit expensive, but we think it was worth it.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Nice lobby. The rooms are small but to be expected.

This hotel was in a trendy neighborhood and not super expensive, so I didn't come in expecting super luxury, even though it was 4*. But this place really feels luxe. The front desk was friendly, and the lobby was a big selling point: large, with free coffee, water, and madeline cookies. It was a nice place to come back to after walking around the city and rehydrate or recaffeinate before heading back up to the room. The hotel also had a gym and steam room in the basement: while small, the gym was nice. The room itself was very large by Parisian hotel standards, and also very nicely equipped with high ceilings, a nice bathroom, and interesting art.

We had breakfast at the hotel once and it was great. There are also many other options in the neighborhood that we wanted to explore. A friend had recommended the hotel and we very much enjoyed it. nothing to complain, everything was great!

The Hôtel Fabric is perfect. Navigating the bus/train system is pretty easy to get to any main attractions. The hotel itself is quaint and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plenty. I would stay again.
