It was not very far from metro stations and Bus Stop The entire time we were there the elevator was not working and they didn’t do anything about it people have to use the stairs up to the last floor which was very uncomfortable and hard many people there. And the toilet was not not very clean the clear will just change bedsheets and not clean or properly clean the room because normally how you left a room when you come back if it is cleaned or properly cleaned you will definitely know

Exceptional

Lovely location, kind and helpful day time staff. Close to transport and easy to get to Gare Du Nord (12€ cab). Lots of options for food nearby, pharmacies and a small supermarket. Close to Sacre Coeur Basilica (15 min walk up many many stairs), and the tourist area or Monmartre. Affordable in comparison to other nearby hotels. Lovely street facade. Large fans in the rooms, and windows that opened right up meant we could cool the room down, however couldn’t leave windows open while we were out. Breakfast was enjoyable, and catered for one of our dairy free guests. The room had a very lovely view over the street below however the flooring in our room was very damaged near the window (about 1/3 room size). It was spongy and there were multiple holes showing severely damaged floor boards below. It felt dangerous and a health hazard. We were on the 6th floor in room 65. The stairs also had a damaged runner which was a trip hazard. There was a odour coming from the plumbing in the shower of our bathroom. Although the staff on during the day time of our stay were lovely - the staff member that checked us in didn’t explain anything about the hotel. He didn’t mention a lift, anything about the area, where to get water, that there was an outdoor area, didn’t take payment and didn’t provide contact details of reception. We climbed 6 floors with our suitcase only to find a very small (1 person lift) hidden very well at the top. I wish this had been mentioned at check in, as was difficult for our over 60s! The lift also broke during our stay and lights up the stairs went out for the last 2 days. No USB charger points in the room - not a complaint, just something to be aware of. The breakfast area seating was very small, just a few tables, not a complaint, just something to be aware of.

I love the staff. They are kind and welcoming and do everything they can to make you enjoy your stay. Wish they had air conditioning for those blistering summer days.

The proximity to Sacre Cour, the cleanliness, the comfort, the friendliness of the staff. They need to do something about the heat - install bigger fans or something else.

Das Hotel ist zentral und bietet für einen fairen Preis angenehme Zimmer. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind ziemlich alt. Dementsprechend etwas ringhörig und abgenutzt.

We have stayed here before and the location is perfect. Always friendly and helpful staff .
