Would have preferred an included breakfast. Also some of our key cards wouldn't work.

The hotel cleaning staff stole my colleagues wedding ring from his room, and the management made no effort to get it back when they knew who stole it. My shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor anytime I used it. The room I booked was supposed to have air conditioning; it had a single vent that barely blew warm air. My hotel room was above 85 F the entire stay due to the heat wave.

Excellent location Convienent to Metro. Short distance to Opera. The hotel is well maintained and room was spotless. Staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful. It was always a pleasure being greeted as I returnd each day. Will definetly consider staying here on future visits. Nothing to complain about.

Great location and very nice rooms All good

The staff was friendly, our room was cozy and comfortable, we loved the whole vibe of the Hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend and suggest if possible to get a room on the sixth floor, because we had a nice view and could leave the windows open at night for a nice summer breeze.

The bed was comfortable We rented 4 rooms, 1 of the rooms was unavailable the first night and 2 had to share a room; we ultimately received 50% off one future stay (spoiler: we will not be back). The A/C was very poor. The shower-head mount was broken, the shower had some mold in the corners, and there was hand soap instead of shampoo. I requested shampoo twice and it was never provided. Cleaning staff stole my wedding ring and management was unhelpful, ultimately telling me they are not liable because the ring should have been in the safe.

Nice clean hotel near Place de la Concorde. Stayed 3 nights with family here. We could walk to a number of highly rated restaurants/cafes, designer brand stores, and to landmarks like Louvre, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, and Arc de Triomphe (through Av des Champs-Elysees). Staff was very friendly and caring. They kept our luggage till the check-in time as we had arrived early. They allowed us check out late and called a van for our airport shuttle, which was very convenient for us (four people) with luggage. Will stay here again and would highly recommend. Nothing really stood out as negative. However, the air vent in one of our rooms (we had connected rooms) was a bit noisy, which can be an issue for some sensitive travelers.

Shower was too small and water pressure was not great

The downside is in our particular room there were facilities issues with the key holder inside the door that allows power to the room came off the wall/was not on well and to put it back on to keep power on; it was a bit touch and go. And in the shower there were as an issue. But otherwise, which may well have been room specific issues, it was a very good place to stay.

Hotel staff were very helpful and always greeted you in the morning and when you would come back during the day. Room was sufficient size for location in Paris. Good location close to many sites. Most nights between 2 am - 4 am there was a lot of noise outside the room from rowdy people outside the hotel. One of the rooms did not have air con that worked well so it was very hot in the bathroom.

Room size, free upgrade, location.

Very nice location. A lot of landmarks around like Opera, Place Vandome, Place Concorde etc, Madeleine being the closest. Helpful and nice staff. Closest metro station, Madeleine M14, direct line to Orly. Overall, wonderful stay in Paris!
