Impeccable location and very nice staff. The room was cleaned every day, the wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was really great in the heat. There were a few moldy spots in the bathroom. The sink was very small and there was no fridge or proper closet for clothing (even small ones would be good).

We loved our stay Hotel des Pavillons...so close to awesome restaurants, cafes and even a supermarket right by the hotel...walking distance to the arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees and surrounds. the room was air conditioned, bed super comfortable, very decent bathroom and shower cubicle was a decent size compared to what I've experienced in Paris. We were arriving early in the morning so had to communicate with hotel to confirm that we had booked the night before aas well to make sure we could check in straight away. Communication was fast and all my emails were answered swiftly. We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to visiting again soon. Maybe on the pricy side but that's also Paris for you and I'd rather pay that and get air condition and a comfortable bed and bathroom.

Perfect location to discover paris, rooms compact but super modern and perfectly equipped. Staff incredibly helpful and went over and above to make sure the stay in paris was stress free. Thank you Liked everything

Great location clean perfect for a short break. Cluttered stairways.

Staff were friendly. They allow to leave luggage after check out and pick it up later. Location is 5 min walk from Arc de Triumphe. Metro is close. They reserved 50 euro on check in even it was not mentioned when I booked a room. They released reservation 48 after check out.

I will start with the positives… The location was brilliant and surrounded by amazing restaurants, supermarkets & tourist attractions brilliant to reach as the one of the main Metro lines was 2 minute walk away. The reception staff was amazing very very friendly. I never had breakfast at the hotel due to the amenities around the hotel however I was so surprised at how small the property was the breakfast area had maybe max 8 tables not too big.. the lift was extremely claustrophobic. The room did not provide a mini fridge or any complimentary free water considering how hot it was (36 degreees) heatwave… this for me was the most disappointing as a bare necessity and basic should have been a part of the room. On the day I checked out I had only just walked out my room and some lady who works for the hotel I’m assuming management walked into my room leaving me wondering what’s going on… her answer I’m checking your leaving the room in a suitable condition!!!! That’s not on or customer service if I am honest. Having a mini fridge and atleast complimentary water irrespective of there being a supermarket next door.

It was a nice location, pretty clean and ok conditioning. Waiting for the check in. And my clothes from shopping bag was stolen during the cleaning i suspect. I noticed 1 piece missing the second day and after arriving at home i noticed one more…so hide and pack good your stuff when you are waiting for cleaning

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the city. The room was quite small, but it was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the summer. The only downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room. I know the hotel information didn’t mention one, but I assumed it would be available by default. During the summer, not having a fridge to keep water or drinks cold was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and cleanliness.
