Great location We did not have a good experience with this hotel. We had two rooms: Room 21 - twin beds Room 24 - double bed Cons The door room key for room 21 never worked. They knew that there was an issue with the room key on day one. Every time we needed to enter the room we had to either get the master key from the front desk or have someone from the front desk come unlock the door for us. Sometimes they gave us the master key (which they told us unlocked ALL the rooms in the hotel) and we would then have to bring it back to the front desk. Major safety concerns as this gave us access to all the rooms - which caused me to question the security. This also caused a lot of unnecessary trips up and down the stairs and was terribly inconvenient. Room 24 - the bathroom shower was terribly small. This would be difficult for any tall or oversized person. In addition, the safety bar in the shower was both broken and loose. This made getting in and out of the shower dangerous. There was also mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Our room did not get cleaned one day and they argued with us saying it “showed to have been cleaned”. Bed was clearly unmade, trashcan was full and dirty towels on floor. (This was only worth mentioning because they didn’t simply apologize and offer assistance). The carpet in both rooms was filthy.

Great location. Very close to two metros. Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, markets and bakeries. Short walking distance to Pantheon and Notre Dame. There were flies on the fruit and bread every time we had breakfast.

Wonderful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and AC.
-
Nice staff, nice room Far from major attractions
-
Staff was exceptional. They had an air-conditioning which we couldn’t believe location couldn’t have been better. Absolutely nothing
-
Close to all the fun things for tourists. There was nowhere to put items, like makeup. If there was a small shelf or table, that would be great,

Noisy on second floor

The location was excellent. 2 minute walk to grocery story bakeries. 12 minute walk to Notre Dame and very close to metro. Had a problem with safe ( resolved) Had a problem with plumbing ( resolved) slow drain/ backing up . Both of these were resolved promptly so the staff is efficient .

They spoke English, but we're encouraging when I tried my limited French. Continental breakfast every morning. A few blocks away from the Metro. AIR CONDITIONING!! The room's shower was so small that my husband's elbows touched both walls.

Carpets in the room were somewhat jaded and difficult to clean. Shower VERY small but good hot water and good water pressure.

THe location is perfect and very convenient. There are 2 metro nearby and it is very easy to access anywhere .Plus the location area is safe and decent. The shower cubicle is really a nightmare . It is so tiny for me even I am considered a size small person.

Staff was the best! So friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location was great. The room was spacious for a city room in Europe. I only gave a slightly lower rating because the carpet was quite dirty in the room and there was a lot of noise from the doors in the hallway banging shut.

Good location with access to two metro lines. Very friendly staff with good advice. Very helpful. Very small shower in my room. Other rooms had larger ones.

Good location and room included a mini fridge and coffee. Neighbors were noisy and hung out in the hall late at night.

The location is excellent. It felt like a neighborhood—there was a lovely open market down the road the day we stayed there. The staff was really lovely and the room was spotless. I was very grateful for the AC in the heat wave! My room was a little dark and small—but welcome to Paris! The breakfast was meager there wasn’t a lot of fresh fruit. The bread and jam was excellent though. The shower was really small and the shower curtain blew into the stall making it hard to shower.
