Hotel des Métallos

Nice area, many bars and restaurants nearby. Close to two metro stations which is extremely convenient to get anywhere in Paris with ease. Great value for money. First day WiFi didn’t work, it was fixed the next day.

Good location with loads of amenities around. There was a buzzing sound every few minutes, may have been the airconditioning or some other system, which kept me awake. There was also a bar at the street level with very loud football fans, so had to wait until that was done until I could fall asleep.

clean. decent location. Broken wifi that they somehow could not fix. Super thin walls. A/C makes a clicking noise (but they had A/C!)

good location and had A/C. Staff were pleasant. although my room reeked of bleach when i arrived, the shower was the filthiest i have ever seen. see attached pic. Horrendous.

The location was good - easy access from the train station; close to Metro stations to get to attractions; not to noisy Staff was helpful and kind - every interaction was professional; they helped me book the taxi to the airport. The shower was a little difficult to use but we figured it out. The room is smaller than expected although understandable given Paris.

The bathroom needs a proper rack for towels, and the bedroom a second bedside table.

Hotel was extremely clean, bathroom and bed were spotless upon checking in.

Cozy and very good location

A great location close to the canal St Martin and Republic, with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Newly renovated with a very comfortable bed, a decent sized room (for Paris), windows overlooking the street, an excellent shower and breakfast included. Very clean and comfortable It's in a fairly quiet side street but there was a bit of noise when a club closed about 5.00am on Sunday morning. It wasn't particularly disruptive and the next night was quiet all night.

Hotel was clean, had great staff and in a good location.

Good size room . Comfy bed . Close to metro . Bars and restaurants nearby . Not touristy area . Friendly staff . Need better pillows and water in room . Outside building being renovated so unable to open window.

Close to the metro, restaurants and shopping

The bed was large and comfortable. The location was very good, and the room was very clean (cleaned daily). Staff were pleasant. Tiny room! There was construction on the exterior of the building during our stay, therefore the windows were blocked with plastic and scaffolding was up, workers started doing their work around 9:30 when they would walk back and forth right outside our windows. Unfortunate that we couldn't open the windows, nor even see out of them. We were not informed about this when we booked the room well in advance.

This is an excellent hotel, in an great location. It is close to Métro Oberkampf and there are a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby. It's a short walk from the Canal St. Martin. It is very clean and the rooms are newly renovated. There is always someone at the reception desk.
