The location is further away from the main tourist attractions, but it is close to a metro station, so it is easy to get to any part of Paris. There are many options for places to eat or buy groceries near the hotel. The hotel room bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one shown in the ad. It was much smaller (too small for three people), had old beds, and lacked air conditioning (which was difficult, as we were dealing with a very hot summer); the bathroom was dirty, and the shower enclosure leaked (so the entire bathroom would get wet whenever we showered).

I like the location because it is at the center of the city and so you have access to all the amenities the city has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot pinpoint one thing I didn't like about the place

The housekeeping service was very disappointing. After my room was cleaned, a dirty towel was left behind. Based on the smell and the stain, it appeared to have been soiled with feces. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. The hotel’s location is good, but this incident significantly affected my experience. Nothing too much, felt like a very generic place. The cleanliness was very much so lacklustering. I found stains on the bed, the sink and moldspots in the shower. The staff during check-in were OK but I found it very alarming that all they asked for was the name I reserved on. I asked if they needed an ID but said no. Basically anyone could have used my reservation which didn't make me feel comfortable. The window also did not close at all a'd I was 'text to a roof which made me feel very uncomfortable thinking anyone could just have pushed open the window and steal my things. The staff was barely there at the front desk, to the point that after me wanting to ask a question I had to wait a good 10min and then just gave up with waiting. Trust me my expectations were low for the price and don't expect much but I do expect a basic cleanliness and feel of safety.

i think it is one of the best 3 star hotels in Paris for its price! we payed €420 with taxes for two people for 5 nights! the location was perfect, although I saw hundreds of tiktoks saying don't stay in some areas (including this one). yes, in the square next to the hotel it was a bit trashy and not the best looking people, but it is safe! we (2 girls) walked around even at 11 pm while looking for food hahah. there is plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. plus a supermarket proxi and a nice bakery right next to the hotel entrance. we enjoyed that area. the metro station was 2 mins away so it was extremely easy to get to any place. huge advantage is - no bed bugs! at least in our room #14. i was so afraid of the bed bugs, but thanks god we didn't find any. we even got a separate hair dryer in the toilet! the room also has a little fridge, kettle and 2 cups. they provide 1 big towel for a person, and renew them every 2-3 days. the bed linens and towels were clean. overall the room was clean. the toilet was completely renovated with everything newly installed (sorry i forgot to take a picture of the bathroom, but trust me it was modern and new) so it was perfect. we had no problems with hot water or water pressure, which i found rare in cheap hotels. there were two workers at the reception during our stay. one was more talkative and the other was completely quite, but its fine? they also have a super cute cat! they also allowed us to leave our bags both before the chech in and after ckeck out. and also we were lucky they allowed us to check in at 11 am! no cleaning during our stay( it could a little more deeply cleaned in the bathroom.

Location and value for money

First bad review in my life. Bed bugs, inattentive and unfriendly manager, felt very empty like I was only person staying there (luckily at night I heard other people only in room across from me), windows did not stay shut into a sketchy roof feeling unsecure,

Bathroom was clean and provided with some nice ammenities. They also provided clean towels. The room was a bit unclean espcially under the bed and around the cabinet. Very strict check in time. Walls and doors were very thin and you can hear the next door rooms very clear. Elevator was not working when I visted.

Orderly and new. Redesigned recently. Nothing

Everything was great, the people at the front desk were respectful and helpful during my stay, rooms cleaned everyday, your in a convenient area near food, nightlife and metro. The locals around nice and friendly so overall very good experience! The walls are kind of thin but I didn’t mind honestly and the only thing I would improve is just the heaters. The heaters work but not that warm as they can be so it can tend to get very cold now that we’re entering winter so bringing or wearing extra layers at night is an essential but overall still great!

Loose bathroom handle, water seeping too far across wet room floor, harsh lighting. Radiator controls at waist hight banging into when going in bathroom, dangerous.

For a supposedly 1 star hotel, this place goes above and beyond such a standard. It had by far the best bathroom I've had in a month of hotels, and the best chair (not a little thing when you want to sit for an hour or two at the desk). Great big comfy bed, and the floor and general cleanliness were excellent. Very pleasant reception people, who were happy to keep bags before check-in time, All good. Great location 2 minutes from the Metro, in a very interesting area of Paris. It was a very large bed, slightly too big for the size of the room, if truth be known. And the standard (Parisian) lack of working lift lets it down slightly.

Good location The room was split between 2 floor levels

they don’t have ac.

Location was convenient and close to the train. Good price if traveling solo and on a budget, or in a pinch for a one night stay. It had the bare necessities-- bed, sheets, pillow, towel, shower. Staff were friendly, especially the was a really cute little kitty in the lobby which made waiting 20 minutes to get checked in more helpful. Wouldn't want to stay here when its very hot or cold. The single room I was in was very bare bones, which was fine, but could have felt cleaner, especially the floors, but hey its a hostel. The day I was rather warm with no AC and a broken fan. I think if you're solo traveling and trying to save on costs this is a pretty good option considering how expensive things are in Paris; if you're traveling with even one other person the cost of splitting a slightly nicer accommodation would likely be loads nicer and about the same price. In a pinch its fine. Staff were friendly but very slow, waited about 20 mins for the man to finish with a guest on the phone.

The location was great! It was close to the restaurants and cafes that we wanted to visit. It was also next to a train station which was convenient. We booked a double room. The hotel gave our room to someone else and gave us a Accessible Rooms (for people with disabilities) next to laundry which was dirty. We got yelled at by the manager for complaining to booking.com. Booking.com only refunded us $20 which was an insult to injury. Because we were only there for one night, we had no choice but to stay there as we didn't want to waste time dealing with all these. The bathroom was dirty, there was dirty laundry and equipment outside the room. There was a lot of noise because of people working at the laundry. The manager pretended to not speak English when he realized that he gave our room to someone else and try to blame it on me for booking wrong room even when I showed him my booking.com reference and detail.
