Friendly staff, easy access to metro, shops, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops

Rooms was false advertising...too small. Could not walk around in the room. Too small.....

The staff is wonderful! It’s a small unpretentious place, but we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were recently refurbished, very clean and comfortable. The Jourdain Metro station is just a few yards from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, too. We were there for five nights at the beginning of our trip and returned for two more nights at the end. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel while we were in Normandy.

Excellent location and definitely worth the price. The hotel is right outside the station, making it extremely convenient. There are lots of cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance, and the metro provides easy access to central Paris and attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum.

Wonderful location. Friendly and sincere staff. Super close to metro, 20 seconds from front door. Unit is quiet and the price is hard to beat! Did not try breakfast so cannot review. Special shout out to Ben at the front desk. Thanks for your hospital ??

For a solo traveler is quite comfortable. All what you need. The room size is limited but that’s a very Parisian thing. It’s clean and I loved my room and the location. The shover has very good pressure and good temperature. The room was nicely heated. It’s a tradition Parisian building. Great location, just a few steps from the metro. All the shops ( patisseries, supermarket etc) right around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay here - the rooms are renovated in a nice, simple style and are very clean - I was pleased with my view of the church across the street. It is easy to get to the centre of town with a metro steps from the door. I liked that there was someone at the desk 24 hours. A great choice, I would stay here again.

Rooms are very comfortable, excellent stay!

Great location with easy access to the underground. Very small room but we expected that.

The location. Fell in love with the neighborhood. The church right across the way. Proximity to parks and cafés everywhere. Classic feel, not trying hard to be hip. Just clean and functional. Personal.

I loved having my own small private space both bedroom and bathroom. It was a good view and there were a lot of accommodations in the room as well. Right next to the metro so easy to get around from there and the staff was very helpful. Finding the room at first was confusing but after figuring it out it was easy to navigate from there.

The location is great, vibrant area with many food options and excellent transportation to any area in the city, including main train stations. The room was nicely updated and very clean, with a comfy bed (though good lighting, the window is on the ceiling, so no option for fresh air ;/ which I wish had been specified. The responses from the staff before arrival were fast and efficient (though NOT consistent with facts, which I'll explain below). They were respectful and kind through every message). I arrived late, 10PM (22:00), and I explained that I had been promised the hotel would considered a potential later check-out. The man at the front desk, who's English was a bit broken, dismissed me completely by saying that the rule was to check-out before noon so it wasn't possible. I explained again, and he said he didn't see anything on his system. It's ok that it wasn't possible, but it wasn't ok that he had no idea about what I was talking about. I left a message to the hotel via Booking and they said it was just that they didn't know when the next guest was arriving (not convincing, and the man clearly didn't know what I was talking about, plus every booking system asks the potential check-in time. ALSO, after I went in and out a couple of times, respectfully and quietly, I almost felt bad for the person at the front desk, who clearly wanted to rest (don't blame him) but guests should be able to come and go as they want without having to ring a bell and wait, or walk out of the room into a VERY dark front desk area looking for the receptionist who then takes some time to walk out. IN ADDITION, the cleaners were chatting and making sounds in the morning (a very nice gentleman and a loud not so friendly woman); I went out of the hotel to have breakfast, and when I asked for my keys the man at the front desk said the cleaner had it. They had already been in my room because she said 'oh, the room with the large luggage, ok'. Then she opened the door for me and didn't give me the key back, as if pushing me to leave the hotel soon. That is NOT OK, since the check-out is 12PM and I could have still walk out and back if I wanted. It's too bad because the location is great and the room is nice, but a good traveling experience it's always based on small details, so I'm only rating it at 7.

I loved the neighborhood, and the rooms were small (the norm in Paris) but clean, and the staff helpful. We stayed during a heatwave, so air condition would have been nice.
