Hotel Dame des Arts

The Views were amazing - but the decor and design choices were stunning! The doorman was especially welcoming and the staff was friendly. Size of room was a bit tight - but space is restricted in most European hotels. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The location was perfect. Very comfy beds and pillows. Clean and beautiful. Rooftop bar has exceptional views. Small rooms but nothing terrible. And everything’s very expensive, especially at the rooftop bar.

We loved everything! The location, the rooms, the staff, all of it! Our family of four stayed in the “interconnecting room” which is two separate small rooms connected by a small, private hallway. This allowed us to have two queen beds and two full bathrooms. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the staff was always willing to accommodate us. We will always stay at HDDA when visiting Paris! -

Well located, great balcony, convenient to Metro 4 line and the Seine. Excellent staff. Comfortable lobby, beautiful rooftop bar. Having access to roof at any time was awesome. Loved the complimentary mini-bar and daily chocolate and chip treats left in our room. Room doors closed loudly.

Exceptionally clean! and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptional in every way. We needed a doctor, reservations, and recommendations and each staff member helped in any way they could. The views of Paris and the location are perfect if you want to have more of an urban neighborhood feel. It gets you away from the main tourist attractions but has amazing cafes and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is fantastic. The location cannot be beat for those who want to explore on foot or using the metro. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very good. Rooftop bar at night was amazing. We lucked out and could see the Eiffel Tower from our room! Overall, excellent experience! Nothing

The concierge Erwin and his sons were so sweet and accommodating, they gave great recommendations and were so helpful! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! The rooftop bar was extra special at night as well. We didn’t get a chance to use the sauna or exercise room but they looked lovely as well! We brought our dogs and they brought them beds, toys and treats! It was one of the most dog friendly experiences we’ve had in France!

Location and staff were the stand out points. Loved our stay. Was comfortable and clean. I didn’t like the choice of air freshener in the hallway of our floor. It reminded me of fish n chips.

Very well designed, the roof top is amazing Our room backed up to the service elevator. And could hear it running all the time. The lights in the room would go off automatically even when the card was in the switch unit.

The bathroom was too small for 2 people for what we paid.

The hotel is situated in a very nice and central neighborhood. While our room didn't have a view (which was expected), the overall design and interior aesthetics were impressive. There is also a very decent rooftop terrace on-site. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the decor. The staff was at times distant and unhelpful. We had several unpleasant encounters caused by their demeanor, which is honestly very surprising for places like these. Furthermore, the hotel placed a very high hold on my credit card without any explanation, leaving us to guess the reason. We suspect it might be due to the artwork in the rooms, but once again it was never clarified. Finally, the rooms are overpriced for their size and lack adequate storage for two. You’ll find much better service and value elsewhere for just a bit more.

Excellent service. Excellent location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Room is a bit small, but this is Paris. Little space to put things such as luggage and incidentals. There could be shelves in the bathroom. Again, few places to put incidentals.

My family's entire experience at Hotel Dame Des Arts was truly EXCEPTIONAL. Erwin at the Concierge Desk was amazing recommending and arranging our Michelin meals out on the town and Marta was brilliant with front desk hotel assistance. Ivan and the entire HDDA team were so kind and thoughtful with little touches along the way. Their personal touches during our week stay broadcast that this was no ordinary hotel. We have already recommended HDDA to people traveling to Paris and will continue doing so. The hotel's location was literally minutes from Notre Dame and the Louvre and many other sights. Its position right in the heart of the 5th was perfect! We walked along St. Germain des Pres daily. My mother was in a transport chair and she and I were easily able to move about our 2 bed SIGNATURE SERIES room. The hotel's ramps and other access features made our stay comfortable and easy. Our bright sunny afternoon on the roof with the 360 degree view of the city was just one of the highlights. Bravo and thank you to this wonderful boutique hotel. We loved EVERYTHING!
