Location, clean, Friendly staff

It’s in a great neighborhood , I found the facilities and rooms small. It’s manageable, but not cozy. There was only 1 bathroom in the breakfast area and I had to leave the facility so my daughter could use the restroom because it was not available. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. It is located near sone great restaurants, shopping g, cafes and parks. The room size & breakfast area.

Location is terrific: 2 blocks from Seine; just off of Main Street in Le Marais so close to lots of food options; 1 block from Metro on blue line; easy walk to Notre Damn, St. Germain, Pompidou, cool department store, great shopping on the roses street ... and so much more Room is small as expected for Europe but very comfortable: modern bath, AC, comfy bed, double lights on each side of bed, small fridge in the room! Yes!!. We had 4 big suitcases and a very small closet in a small room which made it tight but we managed. Hotel is small but has everything you actually need. No big lobby but always someone at the front desk to answer questions; great communication prior to arrival; extra effort - left a birthday card for my husband :), Elevator! so useful since there are 5 floors and a spiral staircase; continental breakfast available but we never took advantage. And, access to a freezer if you want to take French butter home Not a thing. Happy with our choice. I would stay there again.

The only upside to this hotel is the location - being in the Marais, you are ideally situated near restaurants, museums, and shopping, and in a great arrondissement of Paris. Everything! the nightly price is outrageous. It's difficult to rate the staff as a whole. One of the receptionists was amazing, but the person working in the breakfast room was very cold and unfriendly. Not a great way to start your day when you say "bonjour" and she doesn't respond, only glares at you. Further, it's a very noisy neighborhood, and it was difficult to sleep.

Staff where friendly and helpful The room was tiny, none of the pictures on the internet showed the twin room we booked and we were disappointed with how small it was. Felt like a prison. Problem with sewage. Smell was really bad

My second time here as the staff are always super friendly/helpful and the location is superb for sites (Place des Voges), restaurants and the metro. The rooms are small but most are in Paris Boutique hotels and the staff more than make up for it. My room key wouldn’t work at all however the staff made it up to me and were super accommodating about it.

It was a really great location and the bedroom was in decent condition I specifically asked for the beds to be separated into twin beds and that didn’t happen. I arrived quite late from Amsterdam and I had to wait for the person at reception to come separate the beds. They offered a complimentary breakfast which I declined.

The location was perfect! We walked everywhere from here and Le Marais is just beautiful!

The daytime front desk clerk was excellent and he provided a restaurant recommendation which was terrific!
