The Hotel hotel was clean and pleasant with exceptional location and air conditioning The rooms are quite small and it's difficult to move. The bathroom can be better for that price

Great location. In the heart of paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room with balcony and very cozy. Very clean room ...everything was amazing ...I will choose Britannique hotel again and again ...I've stayed twice in the hotel...first time last December second time in June...twice in a year I will definitely come back again .....

Great location. Lovely room with balcony. All staff were so nice. Had breakfast in the room on the balcony in the morning. Ordered bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary and it was beautifully presented with rose petals. Nothing

The staff was the super helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel was a great value for lacation and ac in this Paris heatwave. The rooms are small but expected from Europe and price. Would defenelty stay their again. Thank you the amazing staff.

The atmosphere and the design - adorable. The location - superb. Le Louvre - 10 min walking, Rueda Rivoli' 5 min walking, Musee L'Orangerie - 20 min walking distance. The comfortable bed. The maintenance and the cleaning were incredibly professional. The welcoming cold fruit water at the reception - favourite moment when returning to the hotel. The white wine in the mini bar The cozy and beautifully decorated loby. All types of restaurants, bars, patisserie around. The receptionists naybe need to work on their multitasking and ways to help the clients with bags and heavy elevator door.

Room well appointed in traditional French style. We had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was generous They wouldnt cancel or adjust our two night booking even to discuss a partial refund. Completely within their rights but unflinching.

Luxurious without the cost. Breakfast in France is not like the hearty breakfast typical in America. The Hotel provided a superb petit déjeuner and their small restaurant did a great job. Located in the city center for old and new on the banks of the Siene River, across from Notre Dame and a few blocks from the Louvre. Perfect location. Staff was exceptional. Kind efficient, thoughtful. Put up with my pigeon French. Offered good advice on my travels. That I had to leave after just 2 nights.

The bed. Comfortable and large. Great location in Marais, Clean. Breakfast was pretty substandard for the price. Price was high for the tiny room, horrible view in the back of chimneys and metal. I was in hospital and had to cancel first of two nights and no one made any effort to make that up for me. Paid nearly 1000 fir 1 night. I know there was a minimum two night cancellation fee but really . . . Breakfast quality was like a motel in Kansas. This once proud venue needs a total redo.
