Bad smell

Good location, not far from metro stations Oberkampf / Parmentier, walking distance to Gare Du Nord & Bastille. Friendly staff. Mattress, spacing, room cleanliness were okay, I would say a bit of a stretch for the price. But hey, this is Paris.

Good location. Room small but comfortable, Shower larger than average. Recent renovation improved appeal

location, staff and the convenience just the sink being outside

Great central location, easy check in and staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very small, not much free floor space so can get a little cramped in a double room with two people.

The room was lovely, everything was clean, Breakfast was nice, the bed was comfortable but a bit small, the staff were friendly, & it’s a good area to stay in, easy access to all areas in Paris. No complaints

Good location within public transport of several interesting places. Plenty of things around to see and visit, I booked an individual room and it was cozy but nice, staff is amazing. Due to the location being an avenue it can be quite noisy if you open the windows (which you have to every now and then to ventilate the room). Lift is smaller than I am used to but no big deal.

leaving Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after staying at this disaster of a hotel in Paris. Where do I begin? The room was unbearably hot — they claim to have air conditioning, but don’t fall for that lie. The “AC” is more of a decorative feature than a functioning system. To get any airflow at all, we had to open the window… which faced a very busy street. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. Speaking of sleep, the beds were awful. Lumpy, thin mattresses that felt more like camping pads than actual beds. I’ve slept better on airport floors. When we brought up these issues with the management, we were met with the kind of arrogance and condescension that perfectly embodies every frustrating cliché about the French. Dismissive attitudes, eye-rolls, and a complete unwillingness to help — it was less “customer service” and more an exercise in passive-aggressive indifference. If you’ve ever wondered why some travelers complain about dealing with the French, this place will answer all your questions in one go.

Location very convenient, very well connected and nice area to spend time in the evening, a lot of restaurants and shops are around The room was small and the space is not well organized but we are in Paris we didn’t expect to get a big room

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit — a special thanks to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond! The hotel is also in a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Great location - not near any of the places to visit however next to the tube so really easy to get around
-
Location No help at all when water was coming out of the lights in the bathroom, still no apology after being home 5 days, after I chased them they came back and said when they checked it the following day there was no leaking!!

The hotel location is really central and the staff super helpful and accommodating. The rooms are small, but this is Paris and pretty standard for European standards. While it would be nice to have a luggage stand, there is a large closet which was sufficient for our needs. The twin bed in the Junior Suite is on the small side, so something to keep in mind if travelling with three adults. The room is very quiet thanks to the double glazing on the windows. The lift and room are small but this is pretty standard in Europe.

The rooms are typical "Paris-small" but very nicely done, with warm decorations and excellent functionality. I particularly appreciated the kettle and the coffee machine in the room. It is very clean, with a large shower. The staff was amazingly kind, smiling and competent. Aside from a few hangers, there was nowhere to leave any clothes, no drawers or shelves. The mattress was too soft, and a plastic protection cover was underneath the sheets, causing extra sweating. Our safe was broken and not repaired during our stay. The bathroom door does not fully close. Hence - there is no privacy. The sound isolation is poor. You can hear the neighbours talk, laugh, sing...until 1 am.

Location was fab, super friendly and helpful staff! Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Really near multiple metro stations and excellent restaurants/bars.

The location is quite comfortable The bathroom door did not close, The rooms were super small, the tv did not work, they did not refil coffee or tea in our room. The service and staff was just not nice
