The location was incredible and the staff was extremely attentive and kind One of the three rooms had a really funky smell. The AC didn’t keep up with the hot weather, but the rooms were never uncomfortably hot. Just not super cool, which sometimes you crave when you come back from a long walk in the hot sun.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Location – 5/5 The location is excellent, right in the Opera area. The Big Bus Tours stop is only a 3-minute walk away, while both the train and metro stations are around 8–12 minutes on foot. There are plenty of great cafés, bistros, and restaurants nearby, and Galeries Lafayette is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Room – 5/5 The room was the perfect size for a couple, or in our case, for me and my son. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable—thank you! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We also loved that the complimentary minibar was refilled every day, and the ability to mirror our phone to the TV was a fantastic feature, especially for relaxing together after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast & Snack Bar – 5/5 The breakfast was very good, offering a nice selection of basic options. At €17 (if not included with your booking), I think it’s good value and more than enough to start the day. The biggest surprise was the complimentary snack bar, which we absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful extra and really added value to our stay. Swimming Pool & Sauna – 5/5 My son and I really enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool. It was the perfect way to cool down after exploring the city during the summer heat. The sauna was also a nice addition to the wellness facilities. Staff – 5/5 The staff were exceptional. Everyone—from the reception team to the breakfast staff and housekeeping—was warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit. Not a dislike but more of a suggestion. Pillows, could have a better size pillows, as the 2 pillows were pillow case size I think.

Staff are wonderful, friendly, funny, kind, helpful. Massi gave me some very helpful French lessons. The tea treats are delicious, and best of all... they come out well before teatime. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean. Sufficient cupboard space for a few nights stay. I wish I was going back on my return trip to Paris.

The storage closets in the room 409 are too small and not enough for 2 persons. Except this inconvenience everything was perfect. thank you.
