Close to the station and easy to find

The place works amazingly for what it is - a place to sleep while you explore Paris. The staff were wonderfully pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient. They offered us storage for our luggage when we were leaving. The actual beds were comfortable. There was a metro station 50 metres away, together with a pleasant bistro and a supermarket. The rooms do show some age. Nothing too awful.

This hotel was a great option for our trip to Paris. It's located in a nice area surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets... It is also located right next to line 12 metro stop which is super convenient to get around the city centre. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. There is a cute little garden with tables and chairs, perfect for a picnic. They also have a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine, water machine and ice machine in the lobby area. The room was nice with comfortable beds. I would come back due to the price and everything I've mentioned. The only thing that stood out was the bathroom because it was quite small.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, AC in the room, kind staff, water refill, and the garden. The breakfast was good, but could use having more vegetables.

Proximity to tourist attractions. The facility needs updating.

The staffs specially Bastian in the front desk was very accommodating. The location close to the metro, restaurants and Monoprix is nearby for shopping for the essentials. Value for the money, included breakfast buffet, fresh squeezed orange juice, cool AC in the middle of the summer heat wave. Narrow bathtub the shower curtain is touching on me when showering, a standing shower with a glass partition would have been ideal but it’s not a deal breaker.

The location is very convenient — the metro station is nearby, as well as a supermarket. It was also very helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. Some of the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The bathtub in the bathroom was new. I had already stayed at this hotel two years ago, and unfortunately, both the room and the breakfast were noticeably better then. We had requested an early check-in and were told it would depend on availability. In the end, we waited about 5 hours. When we finally entered the room, there was a noticeable amount of dust on the furniture and surfaces, giving the impression that the room had been unoccupied for quite some time and had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The room was generally quite worn, with scratched furniture, damaged skirting boards, and other areas in need of maintenance. Although the bathtub itself was new, some of the grout between the bathroom tiles had mold on it. Breakfast was disappointing compared with my previous stay. The selection was limited, especially when it came to fresh vegetables — there was only a small plate of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. There was coffee in the room but no powdered milk or creamer. Coffee was also available downstairs near reception, but there was no milk there either. Our experience with reception was mixed. The staff member who checked us in was not particularly welcoming and did not explain which floor our room was on or where we needed to go — we were simply given the key card. However, other members of the reception staff we met during our stay were very pleasant and helpful.
