Great staff, we arrived late after a long flight and they were very welcoming. Location was great and so many bars and great places to eat close by. Hotel was quiet, clean and very comfortable All good

The staff member who greeted us was lovely. It was accessible from the station. The room was just too small. The atmosphere was quiet, which is sometimes good but in this case felt boring. There were no little milk sachets and coffee and tea were not replenished.

Friendly staff, great location. Managed to get early access to room When we first got there, outside our room was lots of mattresses and chairs which made it hard to access our door. I believe they were doing up different rooms in our corridor. This was removed by the second day.
