A bit basic for a grown up :) but can’t complain about location and cleanliness for the price !

Nothing negative but a bit small for 2 persons stay, it’s normal for Paris though.

Fantastic location, great employees (super friendly), overall vibe in the hotel was very good. Comfortable room, water, tea and kettle available.

The decor is spare but modern and fun

Clean and edgy and fun The shower door didn’t close right and a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. The projector worked but the picture was slanted and couldn’t be fixed. So we didn’t watch any TV while there. One of The bunk beds felt a little wobbly.

What I liked most about the French Theory Hotel was its excellent location. The beds were very comfortable, and the service and cleanliness were excellent. I also really enjoyed having the café downstairs—it was very convenient. The only downside was that the bathroom for the room of some of the people staying with me. They were a bit small, a family member barely fit in, and when he shower the water kept coming out of the shower, but other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was clean, great location and above all the staff was very professional. The air conditioning was efficient despite the heatwave. Rooms are small but convenient for 4 guests.

No frills efficiency. I had everything I needed. Great staff and very good location. The tub-shower where you could not stand up to wash because the ceiling curved over it. Needs prompt remediation.

I might say rooms are a bit smaller than I expect but still it’s really okay.

Very friendly staff. The place was a very convenient location to all the sites that we wanted to see. All in all, I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the staff, and overall experience. It was a little warm, and I couldn’t get the temp to go down. The small shower leaked water when you showered, but we put a towel outside to try to stop it from having water build up on the floor. There was a window, but it just went out to other windows.

It is a cute hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff was excellent and so friendly. I think the woman who cleaned my room was the friendliest of all! I can’t overstate how nice and generous the staff was. They are top notch. My room was very small which was fine. The bathroom was comically small, such that the shower was like a closet and a person over 5 feet 6 couldn’t realistically sit on the toilet. My room also had a weird smell and I had a hard time communicating that, so I had to leave the window open at night so I could sleep. The elevator was a little scary so I would ask for a room on a lower floor.
